Great cement tile collection, samples arrive very quickly (we are in London). We have placed our order today with Mark who was incredibly helpful. Our quotation was sent and the order was placed in just a few minutes. Thank you! We cannot wait to see them fitted.

Be warned, avoid this company. They’ve taken my money, posted me smashed products and despite months of chasing them refuse to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pre-sale service is great but if you have a problem be warned!
My initial dealings with the company were positive. I requested and paid for a sample and that was delivered promptly. I had questions before I ordered and also those were answered promptly. Then I placed an order and delivery again was quite prompt. The issue is with the tiles. First they say they are "Moroccan". They are infact made in Vietnam so not authentic. The bigger issue was almost 20% were damaged - one completely smashed but most with various degrees of chips. Their T&Cs are strict and say you need to check each tile and report back within 12 hours and they were replace no quibbles. I did so and was told I had to check the tiles while the driver was there and send back then and there. Good luck with that in London - like a driver is going to have a cup of tea while I check each tile. It took me 2 hours to check each tile. After much back and forth they have agreed to replace 12 tiles of the 52 damaged. That was almost two weeks ago and those tiles have not showed up. So be warned. There were other places I could have bought the tiles but I was in a hurry. Next time I will wait!
UPDATE: The 12 tiles that they sent to replace the 52 damaged finally arrived. Of the 12 new tiles, 5 were damaged!!!
NOTE: Best Tile Waterford is the same company so be sure to also look at their reviews when considering this company.

I am sorry that you are disappointing with the service we offer K but due to the fragile nature of tiles and the fact that we use outsourced transport companies we are very clear regarding our delivery conditions, we do not hide this information we highlight it in many places on our website + when you receive tracking and on the invoice generated when purchasing. We highlight that these are handmade and fragile tiles that will have imperfections and this should be allowed for. On your first delivery you did not follow our delivery conditions and complained about tiles with imperfections that are normal, you complained about chips on the underside of the tile that when fitted would never be seen. Even though you did not follow the conditions that we emphasise again and again on out site and your complaints were weak we sent out 12 more tiles out of good will at our expense. Unfortunately you again did not follow our conditions and check the goods with this delivery so we have no claim with our shipper, this is when you decided to start your bad reviews. We do work very hard to try a give the best customer service but I am afraid that the customer needs to help and do their part to make the transaction work properly. Next time you get a delivery please check the goods as per the sellers conditions
Ger in best tile Waterford is a marvel
Ger was a fantastic help to us in picking tiles for a whole house. She knows the stock like the back of her hand and was full of great suggestions for matching and coordination. She didn’t always suggest expensive tiles which helped us stay on budget. Best tile’s range and price are hard to beat.

Very nice selection of tiles available…
Very nice selection of tiles available here. The staff were fantastic to deal with especially Ger who helped me to design my whole bathroom.we were very happy with our tiles and bathroom furniture purchased here and got a great deal also. I Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Great selection of tiles and fab service. Ger was able to work with me to find the exact tiles I wanted for 4 bathrooms and utility room. The website and the team are happy to answer as many questions I had both on the day I called and in the weeks that followed. I would highly recommend Best Tile.

Ordered tiles in December
Ordered tiles in December. They delivered the wrong tiles on 24th, and were closed until the first week of January.
I then called to process the correct tiles being delivered in time for our tiler to receive and start work on the 7th. Of course on the 7th nothing arrives so I have to call and chase. Turns out they can’t find the tiles.
They kept saying it was the fault of receiving the wrong tiles, at no point did they take responsibility and try to compensate me. I’m out of pocket for days our tiler was booked in for but couldn’t work. Then today I get my phone bill and I’ve spent another £20 on calls to them because of their incompetence.
Tiles look nice on the website but honestly not worth the bother.
