They helped find me the perfect accommodation and talked me through the process, really helpful for a nervous first year.

Do not trust these guys. This is a SCAM.

I wanted to reserve a halls room and they asked for a £258 deposit fee. They did not book the room in the halls I wanted. They then said I had to pay a £99 cleaning fee for a room I have never even used or seen !!

They then pointed me to the building owners who wanted another £250 deposit fee.

This looks like a SCAM and one to avoid at all costs !

Prices on website are wrong, they differ from the actual providers, told me to book it myself even though they charged me a booking fee of £100, promised to refund me £50 but then decided to ghost me - still haven't heard back from them.

Queens Court takes them 6 weeks and counting to refund payments made even after they received justifiable documents supporting that the student no longer needs to keep the tenancy as he has been enrolled in a different university not located near Reading and thus meeting all Cancellation requirements..Being that the downpayment is substantial and much needed I find this a rip off giver that they request and get their rental payments on time!!!

They took my Son’s money. The room was appalling . We have evidence and pictures of the bad state of the room Dirty . Etc
My Son left after staying 4 days . Now they won’t refund his week’s money.
I wouldn’t let him stay there it was disgusting. The Mc Milan Greenwich village .
