I got attended to by krishnendu, right from the beginning of my application till I moved in, He was so helpful, patients and a good communicator. Even after I moved in he still checks to ask if I find my accommodation good and to still reach out if I have any concerns. Thank you very much Krishnendu.

My experience with Best Student Halls and the accommodation provider, Neeraj, has been terrible. The moment I paid the deposit for a room, all communication stopped. Any enquiries I sent after making payment were left on read, and calls were completely ignored.

I didn’t get into my university and was told their policy is “No University Place, No Pay.” Despite this, I am still waiting for my £50 refund. When it comes to anything involving refunds, Neeraj dodges every form of communication.

Before payment, replies were slow and focused only on pressuring me to make a deposit. But once I transferred money, it felt like I was no longer a potential customer at all.

This experience feels like a scam, and I strongly advise students to avoid Best Student Halls if they want peace of mind with their accommodation search.

Krishnendu was so helpful in completing my booking, made it so straightforward and easy to complete by helping with everything I needed. Was always available to help, ensuring that I completed all forms in time to move into the property. Would 100% recommend.

Neeraj was excellent and sorted me out very fast. I was able to move in to my accommodation within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend.
