I purchased the ‘Hunter’ collar awhile…
I purchased the ‘Hunter’ collar awhile ago, it’s a stunning collar but it seems like a decoration rather than a practical thing. The metal decorations have hurt people when my dog brushes against them and some of the fixings are loose. Otherwise it’s a stunning collar. My reason for the low score isn’t because of the collar quality it’s because of this companies disgusting over use of AI. Every advert they have now is AI. How on earth are you supposed to put your faith in a company that uses AI to present their products? It’s shady and given how terrible we know AI is for the environment it’s also just straight up flippant and disgusting. The use of AI is anti human. Let your products speak for themselves. AI cheapens your product.

The Hunter collar is very nice, especially if you are a person who's into hunting, but the decorations are a big bulky for everyday use. depends on the dog, though.
When it comes to AI, I think you imagine ALL of our advertising to be AI, whereas we have 1 ad that had AI-optimized pictures, based on real customer photos. There is no AI spree in our company, as we have thousands of client pictures and videos that we use for our ads. Maybe you got served the one ad too many times, and I am sorry for the confusion this may have caused.

Falsche Produktbeschreibung & schlechter Kundenservice
Ich habe ein Halsband und eine Leine bestellt. Die Qualität erschien mir auf den ersten Eindruck als sehr gut (dafür dann die 2 Sterne).
3 Punkte Abzug für folgendes:
Ich hatte mit Neda vom Kundenservice zig Mails ausgetauscht. Es war sehr zeitintensiv und echt nervig.
Die Produktbeschreibung war nicht korrekt. Das Produkt wurde so beschrieben, dass das Halsband bis 50 cm Halsumfang geht. Mein Hund hat einen Halsumfang von 47 cm. Von den 4 Verstelllöchern ist bei einem Halsumfang von 47 cm nur eins (!) möglich und das ist sehr eng, also nicht praktikabel!
Neda schrieb mir dann, dass sie empfiehlt, eine Größe größer zu bestellen. Dieser Hinweis steht aber nicht in der Produktbeschreibung. Also wollte ich einen kostenlosen Umtausch. Neda sah das ein und wollte von mir, dass ich die Retoure zahle. Also musste ich 7,50 EUR für hin und zusätzliche 7,50 EUR für zurück in die Hand nehmen. Das hat mich sehr verärgert, sodass ich dann zur Konkurrenz gegangen bin.
Dass ich dann aber mein restliches Geld zurückbekommen, hat auch ewig gedauert. Da musste ich noch 5x nachfragen. Unfassbar!

Das Thema Größen ist bei der Vielfalt an Hunden immer etwas heikel. Aus diesem Grund weisen wir in jeder Produktbeschreibung darauf hin, beim Messen stets zwei Finger Platz zu lassen.
Sollten wir Ihnen versehentlich das Falsche zusenden, übernehmen wir selbstverständlich 100 % der Kosten für Hin- und Rückversand. Falls Sie sich bei der Größe unsicher sind oder Ihren Hund falsch eingeschätzt haben, fallen die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Umtausch jedoch in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. Speziell für Deutschland haben wir eine eigene Retourenadresse eingerichtet, sodass die Rücksendekosten für unsere Kunden so gering wie möglich bleiben.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

This is by far the best quality
This is by far the best quality, style and performance collar I have ever had for my mastiff. The weight, width and size makes my dog respond the second I correct him. I find the team very responsive, accommodating and fair. The craftsmanship is top tier.

Numerous problems with the dog harness…
Numerous problems with the dog harness that were never corrected. Quality was NOT good. Components of the harness began falling off during the first week. I left an accurate review of the harness two months ago on their website, but they don't appear to post negative reviews. The harness was one of the most expensive ones which I paid full price for expecting quality but the experience was abysmal, especially with customer service. They even had the nerve to ask me to pay for international shipping a second time in order to correct their error. Absolutely not.
As stated, to correct their faulty product that continues losing pieces, they wanted me to pay shipping a 2nd time. What a joke of a company. Notice they don't mention why they didn't list my review of the harness. There are no reviews for the "quality" product I purchased, likely because the reviews were all bad and they don't display those.

Beautiful front muzzle.
The front of the muzzle is beautiful. It has a bit of weight to it. Which makes me concerned about the small buckle and thin strap holding the muzzle in places longevity.
