However when we got to the venue it was printed upside down which is totally ridiculous and I will be putting in a claim

After requesting a full refund i got confirmation that a full refund will be given and that a full investigation will be done to see where it went wrong.
the quality of the art work was fantastic, but it being printed upside down with no proper instruction made the whole experience disappointing and for me it was extremally embarrassing.

1 Star – Very Disappointing
Avoid this company if you’re looking for quality magnetic vehicle signs.
I ordered magnetic door signs for my business vehicle, and after driving less than two miles on the motorway, both magnets flew off. They were fitted correctly, so this should never have happened. I wasted over £50 on a product that couldn’t even withstand normal driving conditions.
I contacted the company to explain what had happened, but instead of receiving proper customer service, I got what looked like a generic copy-and-paste reply. They made no real effort to investigate the issue or offer a satisfactory solution.
Based on my experience, the materials used are poor quality, and the customer service is just as disappointing. I want to warn other buyers to be careful before spending their money here.
Very disappointing experience, and I will not be buying from this company again.

We take feedback like this seriously, as our magnetic signs are designed to perform correctly when fitted and used in accordance with our instructions.
We do investigate issues when they're reported, but based on the information available at the time, we were unable to comment exactly what the issue was as we are an online company and as such not possible to check your vehicle.
There are a number of factors that can affect the performance of magnetic vehicle signs, including the vehicle's bodywork, surface condition.
For a safe vehicle magnet application, ensure the vehicle surface is clean, completely dry, and free of fresh polish or wax.
Maintenance and Removal
Remove regularly: Take the magnet off every 2 to 3 days (or daily in hot weather) to clean and dry underneath.
Proper storage:
Store magnets flat at room temperature, never rolled up or bent.
Car washes:
Always remove the magnets before running your vehicle through an automatic or manual car wash.

Ive had several banner and leaflets made here using my own designs. The service is incredible compared to many other printers. Ive had them on the phone multiple times due to me losing my own artwork and needing assistance to duplicate an order and Tiffany was so helpful like none of it was any trouble and delivered at ease. Very impressed indeed. The personal care makes it well worth every penny and far beyond being a number/stat like larger printers.
