No choice
Ordered a towel but got sent a different one altogether. Wasn't giving the choice whether I wanted a different one, basically if they don't have what your looking for they sent another item to keep the sale. Please avoid this company.

It appears that we have two Callaway towels in stock, and we shipped the newer version which is a different colour. Our Customer Services team have already been in contact by email and have offered to replace the towel with the correct colour.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I ordered personalized Golf balls just after the deadline for next day service. I called the office to ask them if they could possibly put the order through. They immediately found the order, rushed it through and I received my golf balls the next morning. Really impressed and will definitely order again.

What a shame this company has taken to spamming…
What shame this company has taken to leaving spam links in our forum pages. Not only is it the height of bad manners trying to piggyback on other peoples success (would you think it OK for Tesco to give out leaflets in a Sainsbury store!) but it a complete infringement of our T&Cs. If you want to advertise on our website to our 11K+ golfers, ask, you may find you make more friends that way!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Placed an order for golf balls with 5 different prints and needed them within 48 hours. Product arrived on time and the print and golf balls were excellent quality. Would highly recommend Best4balls!

Package not received within the three days despite paying extra for this service - delivery driver delivered the wrong package to my neighbour and the 50th birthday that the present was bought for has been missed.

The printing lead time for personalised golf balls is 2-3 working days plus delivery, you selected next working day delivery and your order was delivered within 4 working days as we would expect. We are unaware of a wrong package as we haven't received any further correspondence from you regarding an incorrect order. We will follow this up with an email to resolve your issues.

Pleased overall but the print is a little small compared to that of the logo on the ball. This makes it hard to read.
This may have been because of the size of my logo compared to the text but there isn't any proof page or option to change text size etc.

Our online customiser which show your image roughly to scale, and you have the option to crop at that stage.
Sometimes logos can appear fairly small (as show on-screen) but that's because we are limited to a maximum print area of 22mm. You could ask us to print a little larger but there is a chance that the logo will distort slightly on the edges.
We do offer a larger print for our corporate orders (minimum order 12 dozen) , and they also receive a detailed visual proof.
