Found best4balls on the web needed some custom titleist velocity golf balls for Father’s Day to give to my dad. Did a brilliant job would highly recommend delivered on the day I was told very reliable.

Excellent service had three packs of balls delivered within two days. Ready for my company golf days. All branding was correct and very clear. I had actually forgot to get them ordered so was well happy they arrived with two days to spare.

Ordered two sets of golf balls for Father’s Day. Excellent service and very quick delivery (ordered Sunday night, paid for fast printing, received Tuesday). Really impressed with their service - probably would have received the balls before Father’s Day even without the fast printing option. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service and even better product.

I ordered bespoke golf balls as a last minute order for a stag do due to another company letting us down. I ordered the balls on Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday morning we had received our printed golf balls.

We had to pay additional fees for the fast service and delivery which were steep and a little confusing, as it felt like we paid for the same thing twice. That aside though the turn around time and fast response from the Customer Service team were both faultless.

Keep up the great work all!

Having left it a bit late for my Charity Golf Day to order some branded balls. I rang a couple of companies and they were advising a 3-4 weeks waiting list. This didn't work for me as in my opinion they wouldn't be guaranteed. However when booking on Best4balls, the delivery date was advised 28th May, which was amazing! I ordered the balls which was such an easy process. The prices were really good as well as I went for a bit better ball. The Srixon Q star ball was cheaper than anywhere I could find and the branding was on them! What made things even better... The balls arrived on the 22nd nearly a week before the original date! Amazing service, wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I ordered a personalised ball that I needed as a gift and had trouble ordering online. On contacting the company they were so helpful explained everything and even got the order completed and delivered in time for the gift to be given as I had left it a bit late. Fantastic service I would 100% recommend to anyone needing any products. Thank you so much

Having ordered some personalised and novelty golf balls for a birthday present and paying extra for the next day service I was disappointed when the DPD driver didn't deliver in the time slot sent through via text.
I was even more disappointed that I then had to pay DPD directly to arrange another next day delivery for them to NOT fulfil their time slot for a second time.
In fact my order actually arrived six days later looking a little worse for wear to say the least.

I got in touch with best4balls and dealt with a very helpful lady who happily refunded the first next day delivery charge I had paid out but their Company policy meant that they wouldn't refund the second charge and that I had to go through DPD directly.

Anyone who has been through this will know just how frustrating it is and after going back and forth numerous times on email and phone calls, being bounced between departments, directed to online robots, pointed towards different areas of DPD's business and even being told that DPD doesn't refund next day deliveries as they are not guaranteed! (What a great way to make money - charge for a next day service and not send it!) I had had enough. I was incredibly frustrated with how I was having to deal with best4balls chosen courier company to rectify this issue.
I contacted best4balls (again) and I gave them the opportunity to refund me the small next day delivery charge of £5.00 and resolve the issue with DPD directly or to risk an honest review of my experience online. I was told again that they would not refund me as it had gone through directly with DPD.

So here we are, one VERY frustrated customer who will never use best4balls again and all over a £5.00 delivery charge! A shame, as the golf balls that arrived in the battered boxes 6 days late were excellent and I would have more than likely used them again. Hopefully they learn from this and avoid putting future customers through the same experience.

Excellent service! Rang Best4balls in a panic as needed printed tennis balls urgently, spoke to a lovely girl who confirmed they could process our order within two days. It arrived on time and printed logo looked brilliant - thank you!

Our Titleist Pro V1 balls were delivered within a very tight deadline, and we are delighted with the quality of the Southern Tutors logo. It was very easy to organise.
