Fantastic Customer Service
My daughter ordered custom golf balls for her father for Christmas. Due to a shipping error, and no fault of Best4Balls, we never received them. Best4Balls was so kind and professional and are replacing the order for us. My daughter will be thrilled to receive them and present the gift to my husband! Good customer service
I ordered 3 boxes of golf balls, but only one was delivered. Quick email to ask what happened to the other two. No argument, an honest apology and a couple of days later, the other two arrived. Any organisation can make a mistake, but what really matters is how they put it right. There people are good.

Waiting 4 weeks and still no refund or order
Used best4balls for a present for a friend, 4 weeks later and still had not received them. I have been in contact with them but refused to give a refund or send replacements (been in contact with them for the last 2 weeks). They are waiting for a royal mail review which can take 14 working days before they do anything) I quoted the consumer act which states that after 30 days a refund or replacement must be given but they said my rights were not infringed. I'm out of pocket as I obviously had to buy another present and still have nothing to show for my order.

Thank you for your comments, we take all feedback seriously. As we explained during our email correspondence last week, Royal Mail take up to 15 working days to investigate a missing parcel enquiry as many "missing" items are actually found and delivered during this period of time. We had an update from Royal Mail late on Friday last week, informing us that your item had indeed been found and delivery was attempted on Thursday 27th July. We will contact you by email again today to send you this latest tracking information via AnPost in Ireland so you can arrange to collect your parcel from their depot in Shillelagh where it is being held. We apologise once again for the delay in your order reaching you. On rare occasions problems do arise during delivery by the courier which we are out of our control. We always do everything we can to work with the courier in question to locate a missing parcel, and if indeed the item is deemed to be missing once the investigation is concluded by the courier, we are happy to refund in full, or replace the items.

Even though at the beginning was a bit complicated to clear my doubts via email, once another responsible of the company got in touch with me, they helped to make sure the order was made and dispatched as soon as possible.
We ordered corporate Squash balls and the results is good! Good for price!

Nothing was a problem and our last minute order (separate to the main order) was dealt with efficiently and delivery exceeded expectations.
Would highly recommend them for golf branded goods.

I was skeptical of how these personalised golf balls would turn out. I had my heart set on the idea for a gift for my boss who is playing a lot of golf with his golfing buddies this year.
The order was quick and hassle free and a couple of my questions around the text were answered promptly pre-order.
I am absolutely thrilled with product. The quality and the finish is superb. I'm so excited to give this gift.
