Where are my balls?
I ordered monogrammed golf balls for a Christmas present on 5th December, it's now the 29th December and, despite several phone calls/emails/promises, I'm still waiting. They've taken my money and now don't seem to care, it's all the Royal Mail's fault apparently. I will not deal with this company again.

Your order was shipped on the 7th December with Royal Mail, and they have confirmed today that the parcel has been lost.
We sent you the tracking details by email, and soon after contacted Royal Mail to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel.
If a parcel has been lost we will offer a full refund or a re-print (usually same day).
Unfortunately we did not have time to re-print as we received your email on 5pm Friday 21st December.
Royal Mail are usually excellent for all our small parcels, but we have been let down on this occasion.
We closed for a few days over Christmas but we have made the full refund, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

I ordered some golf balls with a…
I ordered some golf balls with a picture & printed wording as a joke for a friend. The wording was a swear word. The balls arrived with an asterisk in the middle of the word. I would not have proceeded with the order had they told me this. A simple email saying "we are are not able to print your order without amending it" would have sufficed. So I have to say I'm disappointed, and no resolution was offered by customer services other than highlighting the small print in the terms & conditions.
Just be aware their t's & c's give them the right to change your order. My suggestion to them would be to contact the customer before doing so.

This is not just a swear word and is very offensive. It is a personalised item and you cannot expect best4balls or any other company to print this word.
It’s important for us to print and fulfil orders quickly and professionally, which is why we added the asterix to side two. The print declaration is on the item and the personalised page.

The logos were not clear and were not consistent. Also started to come off after 5mins of play. Pretty embarrassing when we give them to clients.

The personalised printing service whilst fairly durable is only a semi-permanent print. Our team have tested the durability of the print, and we were happy with the results. The printing will wear faster in very dry conditions, which is due to the harder ground which can be more abrasive, unfortunately this is something which we are unable to predict when printing individual orders.
We print personalised golf balls digitally to keep the costs down, and offer faster lead times to our customers. There are no setup costs, which there would be if we were to spot colour print (logo service).
We do offer a permanent print for our corporate logo customers (logo golf balls) but the minimum order is 12 dozen.
Our Customer Services team will be emailing you regarding your comments about the unclear and inconsistent print of your logo.
Very Poor Quality Personalisation
Bought 4 dozen balls, personalised with a logo on one side and initials on the other. The order arrived very quickly and the quality appeared excellent. Having used them, however, the personalisation comes off very quickly - after only 3 holes the initials could not be read and the logo had virtually disappeared. I pointed this out to Best4Balls and their customer service responded “Our personalised service is a semi-permanent print, and will wear off during play. The durability is down to the playing conditions and also the ball cover. At the moment the golf courses are very dry, which can result in the personalisation being removed quicker than in softer conditions”. In other words, the personalisation is a complete waste of time and money. Rest assured, I will not be ordering from them again!

I ordered twice from the best4balls website, both for special occasions and birthdays. Once I made a mistake while ordering and had immediate feedback from the customer service asking me further details. Impeccable service and very quick answers back. Furthermore, the balls had the printing done and were shipped the same day and I had them delivered to my office next day. Very fine quality and very nice printing. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to give a special golf gift to someone special. Keep up the great work!

I spent £15 on my golf card scorer…
I spent £15 on my golf card scorer holder only to get a cheap rubbery thing. What is more it was not even the same as what it was in the picture and the personalized steel marker had many scratches.VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN.
