Very poor

Extremely poor experience with Bespoke Glazing Design’s directors — though salesman Bradley and the fitters were excellent.

After paying in full and waiting the said 15 weeks, from measure to delivery, the wrong doors were delivered.

The company acknowledged the error on installation day. Despite multiple written requests, no corrective action was taken.

On 11/11 I was assured the correct doors would be fitted immediately due to concerns about the cold. No action followed.

Director Ben only responded today, in apparent reaction to this review. His statements contain many factual inaccuracies.

He incorrectly claims we chose multiple colours (we only ever requested one) and caused delays; however, we requested the correct doors on 29/10/25, the same day the error was identified.

The provisional doors remain unsealed (just foam/ no metal) with freezing kitchen draught in minus -2°C conditions, in a family home with a child. They say they hope the doors will be fitted 2/12 (December 2nd) despite this weather and delay being their error.

The response below speak volumes.

Prospective customers should read reviews carefully.

For clarity on timelines, your quoted lead time was 12–14 weeks, and we delivered in week 14, which is within the agreed schedule. You signed off the drawings on 23 July, and installation took place on 29 October.

On the day of installation, Charlie informed you immediately that we had made a mistake with the colour. You asked for some time to decide how you wished to proceed, as you had chosen many colours and you really liked the one we had installed. As we did not receive a reply, one of our directors followed up on 11 November regarding correspondence from 29 October. We were unable to complete the silicone sealing because we required your decision on the colour before carrying out any finishing work.

We take your concerns seriously and remain committed to resolving the remaining items promptly.

Thank you again for your comments and for acknowledging the efforts of our fitters and Bradley. We appreciate your patience and look forward to completing the project to your satisfaction.

Most stressful experience.

Most stressful experience. Took 14 months to complete from the time I paid deposit. The installation was kept postponing. They left one of the windows opening with just a plastic sheet with a hole for 6 months which resulted in rain water coming in and leaving it unsafe. Repeat of wrong size, wrong color, missing parts, wrongly installed... And yet they kept sending the remaining 5% invoice threatening to call bailiff though the work was not yet completed. Very rude top. Always blamed me or my contractor. No sympathy nor apology. AVOID.

3 Month Project took 15 months to…

3 Month Project took 15 months to Complete.

Constant issues throughout the project, wrong pieces supplied and then BGD ignoring the issue for months at a time hoping you just give up.

The managing team do everything they possible can to avoid any contact with the client. It seems their process to deal with any issues arising from poor installation is to ignore the client and hope they go away.

There are a number of other installers who work with Crittall, I would strongly advise working with any of them and avoid BGD at all costs.

This company tried the bait and switch…

This company tried the bait and switch method on us. Gave us a quote which they weren't prepared to honour and asked for another £6900. So we cancelled and then they refused to return £800+VAT of our deposit which we had to claim a CCJ for (and won).
