Sorry, cannot do minus numbers. Product ordered on Thurs night and delivered the next day Good Friday. This was surprizing given that delivery was supposed to be days later. Problem: inspite of the fact that the goods would easily have gone through the letterbox, the product was dumped on my next door neighbours back garden. No notification of delivery. I assumed it was couriers massaging their delivery stats. I chased the sellers a couple of days later and found out where it had been dumped. The sellers were initially helpful then not. Anyway the package, might have blown away in the high wind. V embarrassing asking my neighbours. Both properties prominently numbered

Both times this shipper put a package that ways nothing somewhere it blew away. Use anyone but them.

No notifications at all no parcel when i checked tracking it says delivered no proof are anything scamming at its best

Thanks not what I expected

I ordered truffles (candy) on ebay & I received them from Amazon via Aquiline. I couldn't believe how fast I got them & they were in perfect shape! They put the boxes on my front porch. Thank you for the great service!!

I was using the tracking, which was quite vague at best. Yesterday it was out for delivery, so I kept checking, up until midnight I had no delivery notification. This morning I found it outside our gate (rural farm land), and it had been there all night in the pouring rain. It was soaked and it was a box of envelopes in a paper bag. I just now, this evening, got the email stating that it was delivered to a safe place???? I am not impressed.

Never got an email, never got an alert of my package being delivered, no knock on my door. It was left outside the whole night until I got up in the morning to leave for work.

This company will scam you into writing a positive review with a reward of a $5 gift from Amazon. When I applied for the reward they sent me a email stating that it had been suspended. Why are they sending this follow up email knowing its a lie. Here's the email:

Great service

Aquiline sent me an email telling me if I left a review on Trustpilot I would receive a $5 Amazon gift card. I submitted the review and never received the gift card. I emailed Aquiline support asking for the status of receiving my gift card and the response was that program had ended. AQUILINE IS A SCAMMER.

Paket wurde von Amazon ausgeliefert. Warum auch nicht. Leider kein Zeitfenster für die Zustellung. Auch gut.
Aber das Versprechen eines "Dankeschöns für
eine positive Bewertung" in Form eines Amazon- Gutscheins, und das ist dann auch noch nur ein Fake, -"Aktion eingestellt"- kann man immer behaupten. Was soll das?

Not really clear as to when the parcel was going to be delivered. When it was delivered. The driver threw my parcel at the door. Didn’t ring the bell or knock the door. So my parcel was at my front door all evening/night and morning. This is not my safe place as I live in a really busy rd and was just advertising to
Be pinched or that no one was home. (Even tho I was). Not impressed with Aquiline tracking or Amazon for delivery (even tho I didn’t purchase thro Amazon).
