Asked for returns address so I could get a refund as I was not happy with my purchase. They eventually offered me £3 on a £26 purchase. Will not give me refund instructions

Items too small. Wrong colour. Leads you to believe a British company. Stated 2 to 3 days delivery. Took 3 weeks. Does not also state VAT is added on top of the original price. Not good quality. Did not meet expectations as advertised.

Very unprofessional company. Fabric is poor quality like a sling. Asked for a refund and they refused and offered£3. Tasteless.
Try to avoid them.
I wish I had checked the reviews before buying their bra.

Ordered tops in a size bigger than I need. I am size 14/16 and ordered 16-20 for comfort. Cannot even get them on. No way the correct sizing. Refused a refund. Offered £5 to spend on other items. Wouldn’t spend any money with them again.

Absolutely awful. Item ordered was too small even though the range was 3 sizes and mine was the smallest. The policy was to exchange but when trying they refused initally and offered a £3 refund on a £30 order. Then went to PP and they agreed to refund if I sent back to China. I am waiting but looking at other reviews am not holding my breath as the office seems to dissapear on delivery!! If you check out the items on their web page they do not have them for long either. If you buy do not expect a replacement or refund.

Absolutely disgusting. They make you believe you are buying from a UK company. You are NOT. Ordered 5 tops - straight away they took £20 extra from my bank than the advertised price. Arrived after nearly 3 weeks - their sizes (XL fits loose fit 12-16) I’m a 12 and they were skin tight. Contacted for return address and refund. Will NOT issue address- offered me £7 tops keep the tops and basically go away! The tops are of no use whatsoever. Asked on 3 more occasions for return address to receive a refund- they will not give you this . Do NOT waste your time or money with these people. It’s a fraudulent business!! Wish I’d checked the site out out first and not fallen for their misleading, fraudulent advertising of being a UK company.

I bought one of the lady electric razors from this company and I am extremely disappointed. The quality is awful — not only does it feel cheap, but it actually cut my skin during use. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and their response was shockingly unhelpful. They offered me a £3 refund on a £20 product, which is insulting given the injury and inconvenience. On top of that, they expected me to pay for the return shipping, which they admitted would cost more than the item itself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them too. Not worth the risk or the hassle.

This company presented as if they were UK-based but seems to be based in China. Neither did they make it clear that VAT would be added, nor did they even show this on my order/invoice and it was only clear later on my Paypal account. My order took two and a half weeks to arrive. My electrical item, which was advertised as having a UK had a 2-prong (Chinese?) plug and is unusable in the UK. I wanted to return it and for them to supply me with one I ordered, but they told me that return postage costs to China would be too high so they could only offer a tiny refund! In the end, Paypal intervened, so they offered me a refund, but only on the condition that I pay the return postage to China! They did not seem to grasp their error or responsibility to put it right. I would never deal with this company again and strongly advise others to avoid.

Do not order from this company goods never arrive and constant excuses when you demand refund asking you to be patient every time you email them. Tracking they send you is a waste of time and clearly fake.
Got my money refunded by my bank

I bought a wireless Car play device. The dongle arrived and I tried it out in the car. It did not work as described - no carplay possible, and when it did connect just as a Bluetooth device for audio, the quality was absolutely terrible (could barely make out what the song was!). I fed this back to them and they requested a photo of the product and a video of the problem. I provided both, they offered £2 reimbursement (for a £15 item that doesn't work!). Now I keep getting emails telling me my item is "in transit", with no acknowledgement of my issue.

Terrible company. This company will not give me an answer to where my order is They simply give me a tracking number which does not relate to any thing in the UK. They cannot even let me know who the carrier is!
I have asked for a refund without success.

I have waited patiently for some flowering bulbs, last tracking was in Belfast over 10days ago. I live in Liverpool. When I asked about delivery they say they have tried to deliver by post, this is definitely not true. When I asked for a full refund they sent me an email in Chinese.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Update. They now want to charge ME for none delivery of goods out of my refund or if I want replacement bulbs I need to pay delivery again. I paid £4.99 on the original order plus an insurance fee of £0.40. Have asked for the insurance details so I can make a claim from them.

As far as I am concerned this company does not even deserve one star. Been waiting a long time for my order and they even sent me a “Tracking/status update” which clearly says the package is “not found”. Have asked for a refund which they refuse stating the goods have been despatched and telling me to be patient!!! My advice to you is DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

After ordering this product over 2 weeks ago and a few email exchanges, I finally received the shower head that I saw advertised on Instagram which looked amazing.

I was very disappointed with the product. It arrived firstly in a box with no padding or paperwork. After assembling it onto my shower hose, it was basically a normal shower head that you would buy from a basic shop. It is NOTHING like the video that I saw on the Instagram video. I feel Mis-sold and scammed. I have emailed the company asking for a full refund so I will wait for their reply. But I will not accept anything other than a refund as this is absolutely not worth the money that I paid

Shipping took a bit long at three weeks, which was slightly frustrating. The design is charming and meets my expectations. The price feels fair for what you receive, though it didnt completely blow me away. Satisfied overall.

Do not order from this company I ordered dresses and size was no good to me I want to return them their reply is that it will cost me to return and they have offered me £3 compensation poor quality and bad customer service disgusting I gave one star as I couldn't write a review without giving a score I would actually give no stars I actually ordered 3 dresses and so far have only received 2

Delivery was a problem. Email said that it had been delivered on 17 th. Not to my knowledge found it outside behind a stool in garden. Thought I'd been scammed at first. Already have one of their dresses and decided to order another colour. Comfortable to wear.

I ordered two pairs of loafers. They sent the wrong size. I contacted them and they offered me £3 compensation and I should give them to someone else. This went back and forth for two weeks, they offered me £5 then £9. As my order was just over £40 I am not happy. I offered to return them and send me the size I ordered or give me a full refund. All they said was it would cost too much for me to return the items. I asked then to be passed onto a manager and have heard nothing since. Terrible company stealing people's hard earned money. They should be closed down😡🤬

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a jumper which was no way near the size advertised and was not the quality I was expecting. It has been impossible to get return and refund details from them. They just keep asking me for a photograph of the problem (hard to do when it’s about sizing and quality) and then referred to other websites which don’t work. RIP OFF!

Ordered 9 Feb - it's now 31 Mar and according to tracking info is in transit from Birmingham UK since 9 Mar. Keep asking where it is and they tell me I was given wrong tracking details so I checked my order details on their website and it sends me to the original tracking number. I think the site is a scammer and would not give it any stars if that were allowed!
