This company claims to have excellent communication but can't reply back to customer emails when something has gone wrong because of them. Really bad customer service, I was planning on booking my holiday with them but after seeing the total mess they made of my family's holiday and the stress they are going through I'll take my business else where.

Overall great service. Value for money. Slight issue with tickets that was sorted.
Communication could be improved a little.
Will definitely be booking with Beptatravel again

They were unprofessional which in turn made the journey extremely stressful, I wasn’t able to enjoy myself on my trip due to the lack of professionalism, this company is awful I wouldn’t recommend!

My mother in law and family booked to travel on the 8th of October 2021 and at the last minutes the travel agent called to say that the flight has been cancelled, however, she stated that we are on the waiting list and might travel the following day and she had been lying. She then called us on the 10th morning that we are travelling on the 11th but we must do another PCR test and that the fee and the ticket will be refunded. Nothing still has not be refunded to this day! They are so quick to do take money but when things goes wrong they do not refund the money! Do not book with this travel agent

I'm really sad about the experience we went through. All I would like is my confirmation of my refund that Blessing had promised us but it's not yet here.

Bepta travel and tours doesn't communicate well. We got given our flight tickets on the day we were travelling!

But now when we called her she did not even pick up her phone. I hope she has not left the job. I am now seeking legal advice to sue the company and would like all the prospective customers to discover how this travel agent deals with its customers who trust them.

One of th worst and stressful experience! The owner makes a lot of fake promises and ends up charging you more. My family and I were supose to enjoy our trip but due to her incompetence and lack of professionalism we ended up stressing about whether we would get our money back or not. Until today I'm still waiting on my refund which was supose to be done a while back. I'm never going to book anything through this travel agency again and I also do not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional. Lack of communication, respect and common decency.

Safe to say I will not be booking again.

The customers service was excellent and the journey was smooth

Im here to return with a part 2 to my previous review. Travelling to Ghana was a very smooth experience. Blessing would call to check if I had everything I needed days nearing departure and was very quick in responding to my every need and query. When I travelled back to the UK she kept this same level of care and professionalism. At some point there was a slight issue, though this was not caused by Bepta but by the airline, but Blessing kept me informed at every stage and fought tooth and nail for me and ensured the airline rectified their mistake and made sure I got back to the UK asap. I not once felt stressed because I trusted Bepta and they truly were there for me throughout the entire travel.

Would I use Bepta again? 100% YES. I dont think there is any other agency to handle my flights the way that Bepta did. Very cheap flights, very good services and they will go over and beyond for their clients.

I was introduced by a friend, when I spoke with Blessing, I knew, she was the right person, she never let me feel unwelcome, she listens and helped me with matters not even related to buying of flight tickets.
I have never met her but I felt I have known her all my life, her willingness and supportive attitude is mind blowing. I even refer to her as "my Blessing" She texts and calls me to ensure am ok, when I had problems changing my flight, she did it without complaint. She even called me to be am home, safe and well

I found them proactive after the swift response and handling of my flight delays refund, cancellation and rebooking. The staff are good listeners. They cushioned my pressure during the whole process.

Excellent service. Will see you soon on my next trip.
