Bennett Jones Anmeldelser

Super helpful staff. Helped me through all the process of the IVA and made it super straightforward. Can’t thank them enough.

Excellent team of people working . Helped me so much with my stress level . Highly recommended

Professional, quick and reliable. I'm so grateful for the help and support I received.

My whole experience with the team was very professional and they explained everything to me throughout my journey.

They made the whole process simple with no faff,
I was genuinely surprised I had no idea about how to manage, they fixed a bad situation into a solution quickly without fuss and with great understanding at every turn.

My experience was a relief from stress that I had over the situation I was in. An advisor was very supportive and explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood everything that was explained to me. I am now in a better frame of mind, and I know I can move forward in a better frame of mind thanks to Bennett Jones. I am very grateful for the help given. And the fact that that they are supporting me as much as they can. I am very grateful. Thank you.

They where friendly and extremely helpful. Took the pressure off at a very difficult time. Helped me through every step of my IVA. I couldn't imagine a better service

I cannot fault Bennett Jones in any way, they listened to all my needs. Advised me on what action would be best suitable to myself. I was informed of the whole process from start to finish, every detail was explained in a way I could understand & what my options would be if unsuccessful. Having my IVA approved was such a relief I genuinely feel as though a massive weight has been lifted. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to take control of their debts. All it takes is one phone call.

I've had no phone calls with this company since my IVA got transferred over from company which were very helpful with my needs.
I'm not sure when my IVA finishes trying to over Email how long will how have to wait.
My last review I only got one piece of paper work back.
There appeared to be a gap in people skills during my recent communication, which resulted in unnecessary confusion regarding my IVA.
There is no surprise Bennett Jones have not even commented.
When is was Gregory I chose them because there helped because of my Brain Injury, so I don't understand things like everyone else. With phone calls
Bennett Jones no phone calls just calls which are you not very helpful when I understand something.
I did not ask for any of this to happen but it did.
I didn't ask to transfer to Bennett Jones but it's happened so I'm stuck with them.

Did everything for us with little effort from us. Got on with the business
I’m very pleased with the outcome
Very professional

Been so helpful... and helped us to be able to live again!

Bennet Jones took over our IVA and the reason I’m giving a 3 is to be completely honest it was an easy transaction, no stress everything just continued as before.
However, it’s now been 10mths since our IVA was completed and still no completion certificate. I have sent countless emails and just been told that there is a back log or the systems haven’t been working. Aiming to be resolved in 2weeks or we will be made a priority.

We are truly getting frustrated now we never missed a payment or argued over the amount. We worked hard, tightened our budget to ensure this was paid and now we just want it all over so we can move on with our lives.

I’m truly fed up of chasing.

Bennett Jones have been extremely helpful and patient in sorting out my debt problem..they have been able to give me the peace of mind that has released me from depression and stress that I never thought possible..I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic service, very friendly and informative

Excellent service,
Staff so helpful made whole process so easy ten out of ten from me.

Extremely helpful proceedings explained in depth and at hand throughout my proposal. Much appreciated

From the first day speaking with Bennett Jones everything was explained in great detail and made very clear. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and with a great outcome.Would recommend to others to use.

Clear and concise explanations.No pressure.

The process was throughly explained in terminology I could understand, all options discussed. They were very transparent with fees and charges. I never felt under any pressure and I felt comfortable talking through my options . I have been assured of continued support should I need it and been provided with contacts . Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this company.

Kind and compassionate people no judgement, easy to send documents and kept informed all through the process which was also efficient. Would highly recommend.
