Superb service at Benham & Reeves
I’ve been using Benham & Reeves’ letting and management services since 2012 and the staff never disappoint me. Recently, Jammie Li went extra mile and helped me secure another new tenant in an extremely short period of time. My void period is thus kept at a minimum and I am grateful for that!

The staff were professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any queries. Maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and communication throughout the tenancy was excellent. Great agency!
I have been living for almost 3 years in a property managed by B&H and never have a rental been so smooth!

Abbas has always helped quickly, at the beginning of my tenancy there where some confusions of the bills companies I needed to sign up, but Abbas helped to clarify, if I have questions he is also quick and kind in his reply.

It is a great team at Benham and…
It is a great team at Benham and Reeves, London and we have used them since we purchased the flat. Thanks to their diligence and screening we have always had excellent tenants with no issues reported. A particular thanks must go to Abbas who manages the charges and ground rent payments etc for our property and is a very efficient and effective administrator!
