I've entrusted my property to my letting agent Raj Miah for the past year and couldn't be happier with his team's service. They found excellent tenant within days of listing and ensure rent is always on time, efficiently handle maintenance requests without bothering me for every small detail. Their presence have made being a landlord remarkably stress-free.

The property manager has failed to address any of the issues that we have communicated since we moved to this new property. Not only that, there's no communication from her on our multiple followup emails. And I am not talking about cosmetic issues in the house, basic needs like privacy, hygiene and heating in the house are not addressed! Even when I had clearly mentioned that I am moving with a 8 month old baby!
It's one and a half months since we have moved to this property, and yet waiting for an answer from her. She is never available on phone. Neither she is giving some other contact person who can efficiently work and resolve our problems.
