Di and his team are the only estate agents in the UK that function to a proper standard. That says it all.

Benham had been super helpful with our move to an apartment in Beaufort Square. Rahim had been amazing in answering many questions patiently and helped us far more than any other would agent would do.

We had to do most things virtually but Rahim going the extra step made the whole process wonderful.

I am a tenant of a property provided through this agency.
Unfortunate circumstances has caused me to be behind on rent.
Without any form of legal notice, my key fob to access the property was rescinded.
This is completely illegal as it’s obstructing access the the property in which I have a tenancy agreement for.
Please avoid this branch at all costs as they are using immoral and illegal tactics instead of following normal court procedures.

I am now taking legal action against them and the judge will definitely be able to see through the dirty tactics used.

Unfortunately not great being they don’t really care - only money orientates - cheap way of behaving but they will ask for a ‘positive’ reviews. Which makes it worse ! Shame but true. Best of luck Kensington office.
