Great customer service and product arrived intact and on time. I tested everything and extremely satisfied. I recommended them to multiple people including classic car builders.

Long was in contact with me immediately after purchase and provided confirmation that the order had shipped.

The unit arrived relatively quickly, for something shipped from China. Probably less than two weeks after purchase.

While the head unit came with no instructions, Long replied to every email, and was very helpful in providing the info needed to get it installed.

OEM back-up camera works, steering wheel controls work, OEM commander knob and volume control still work.

The unit looks fantastic in my 2016 Mazda CX-5, and is a huge improvement from the OEM head unit.

I bought it a couple weeks ago and after installing i was convinced it won't work. But despite everything, Long kept being patient and gave useful advice with installation.
In the end it now works on my Hyundai Veloster

I've been using Belsee Android screen for over four years now. When, my unit's Android Auto connection started acting up, I took a chance and contacted Belsee customer care. To my surprised, they responded immediately and provided me with a link to update my now 4-year-old Android machine. The upgrade went smoothly and my issue was fixed. Thanks.

The product is really good, the fitment is great, OEM level, the CPU speed is great. the only thing is that the color is much darker than the grayish trim.

I bought Belsee android for Nissan Juke 2013 .. the android device was very good but I had the rong Cable, I contact the seller for the right cable the seller send me for free the right cable. Very great custom service.

Very reliable and great honesty. Great after sales customer service and warranty. The products come plug and play (way easier to install than the big brands) and with lots of functions.

Just installed Hyundai Veloster, works great! Came with all the wiring and canbus, I am still able to use my steering wheel controls ands reverse camera that was in the car already! Wireless carplay functions as expected, unit looks very close to factory unit, I am very satisfied with purchase!

This seller is a complete scammer. He sent a unit that did not work. It was simply not compatible despite me sending all the info he needed about the car/model. He asked me to send it back. I spent $95 to send back to China. I followed all instructions exactly. He never claimed it from customs and the package was returned to me. He then tried to have me send it again using a different carrier!! Complete scam !! Avoid at Al costs. I am out $700.

Terrible customer service on a product that is clearly not ready for the market. Ignore what is advertised as the supposedly compatible product never worked properly. Customer service in China is everything you would expect it to be - downright awful.

Save your money and dont buy anything from them

I purchased a head unit for my vehicle in December 2022 and haven’t been able to get CarPlay to function. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and if I’m not out right ignored, I’m told to try things that I’ve already tried. Then I was told by the tech support that they’ll reach out to me again after the Spring festival to assist me. The Spring festival goes on for 20+ days. I’ve never heard of a business that’s unable to support the products they sell with decent customer service. If you’re in the market for an Android head unit for your vehicle DO NOT purchase from Belsee. You’ve been warned.

I purchased a Android head unit from Belsee and it dose not fit despite sending them pictures of my Ford Kuga interior 2014 mk 2 cost for this item I can’t use was £615. 52p, I would like to mention one man who assured me this would fit my car Mr Rambo, well Mr Rambo I have contacted my Bank Barclays who are going to take up my case against You and Belsee, I have tried to communicate with Rambo but he refuses to email me back I wonder why. This is a warning to all who are thinking of using Belsee don’t because you will be disappointed like me.

I bought a head unit in August '22 for my car. The unit took 1 month to arrive from China and cost over
$600 inc shipping. I installed the unit and NONE of the physical buttons worked, but the screen did so I kept it. However, one month into ownership the screen turned black and unresponsive... After talking to Rambo for several days he finally agreed to start the refund process. It took OVER 3 months from start of refund to actually see money back into my account. Abhorrent experience and I wouldn't recommend you do business with Belsee or ANY Chinese company. Wasted so much of my time. Pro tip don't waste your valuable time to initiate a refund with Belsee, go and issue a credit card refund.

TLDR: Your unit might work upon arrival but WILL fail due to cheap parts, poor QC. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a head unit for my 2019 Honda Accord LX to replace my non-touchscreen unit. The item shipped fast and arrived on time in exactly a week all the way from China!! It was pretty much plug and play, the hardest part was just getting the old unit out (my car requires the dash be taken apart to get to it). Everything on my car still works like my steering wheel buttons, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control. I even still have access to the car controls like locks and lighting. The unit is customizable and has wireless CarPlay, navigation, and I can even play YouTube, prime video, or other streaming services on it (you do have to go into settings to disable the safety feature). But everything was awesome it looks and sounds great!!! I couldn’t be happier!!

Customer service is terrible and my unit failed right at the end of the warranty. Even before that I tried to ask some questions remaster to the reverse camera setup and the guy was short and rude

I purchased a stereo for my 2019 MB. After 2 weeks the LCD faulted out with bizarre colors and streaks. I contacted Belsee immediately and they initially offered to send a replacement LCD but then said I had to FIRST return the faulty one and THEN they would send a replacement ALL AT MY EXPENSE. TO CHINA!! The product is faulty, customer service is terrible, and NO-ONE SHOULD EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT.

if there was a lower rating for their tech support I would select it. I got the Android 10 device for my E92 a year ago and after a couple of months, the touch stopped working. I contacted belsee and Rambo replied to me. he blamed me for installing external apps to the system but I only used google play to do so. after several emails he stopped responding and I ended up with useless unit. i am using an external keyboard with a mouse pad to control it now.
