Light order not fulfilled, don’t respond
Placed an order with them for a light using one of their discount codes. They claimed the light was damaged by a forklift. Told I needed to reorder but at a higher price. Subsequently have not responded to any contact. Stay clear, won’t be using them again complete time wasters.

I recently made a purchase from Belmont Interiors for my new home, I bought a console table, table lamp, and dining chairs, and let me tell you, the quality of these items is outstanding. The console table exudes elegance and is crafted with precision, while the table lamp adds a stylish touch to my space. The dining chairs not only look fantastic but also provide utmost comfort.
Aside from the exceptional quality, the delivery service was impressively fast. Despite the distance, my order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. (Console table came next day). Belmont Interiors' attention to detail in packaging ensured the safety of the items during transit.
Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the communication from them as they promptly responded to my inquiries and provided updates on my order, which made me feel valued as a customer.
if you're looking for furniture and decor items of great quality, accompanied by fast delivery and excellent communication, I highly recommend Belmont Interiors. They have truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with purchases.

Ordering was easy but the process…
Ordering was easy but the process afterwards wasn’t as great. No updates on delivery until I contacted them. When delivery was made I was advised on the day and 1 man attempted to deliver a walnut sideboard and wanted to leave it outside in the rain as he couldn’t lift it on his own. Fortunately I had a builder on site who helped get it in. Delivery was indicated room of choice.

Sent the wrong variation of the product but still not rectified.
I was sent the wrong item and I have emailed on several occasions. I did have a reply stating that someone would get back in touch but no one has and this seems to be dragging on. The item was purchased in December!!

Absolute Shambles to uncalled for comments off SHOCKINGLY I HAVE TO REMOVE NAME!

After receiving a message to change my review here it is.
We finally received the base on the 25th and now have a fully functional table! Put my stars up to 3 stars. Would have been 4 but after receiving some very rude comments calling me malicious well! There we have it.NOT allowed to name
**UPDATE...22/02/23 Currently still awaiting the delivery of the base (if its even been sent out as keep requesting a tracking number with no prevail) now unfortunately working with trading standards who are advising me if the correct way to approach this which is simply keep messaging until i receive the item by a certain date. That date is this friday 24th...

I am totally gutted to have to leave such a low star review as the item would trully be perfect (if i had it all so i could actually use it)
Long story cut short, i ordered the chelsea round table with 4 chairs back before christmas at a wonderful deal. Before i put the order in i did go through the online chat service with belmont interiors supply and asked that if i ordered it now would i be able to delay the delivery until the week of the 16th Jan as we are having a full extension done on our house including a new kitchen/dining room. The lady on the other end said that was fine so i submitted my order.
January came and we are due to go away for a week for my birthday on the 8th and i was receiving texts from GP Logistics which is the delivery company they use giving me dates they were going to deliver. I obviously had to reject the delivery dates on 3 occasions due to not being there or being ready to receive it (hense me asking for the week of the 16th) anyhow we had a date booked for them to deliver but then they had to cancel the date and we finally received our order on the 24th jan...unfortunately we were not in the position to fully check our delivery as the building work fell a tad behind but when we came to open the boxes on the 3rd feb it became apparent that we were in fact missing the vital part of our table...the legs! I contacted belmont interiors straight away saying this and i was asked for the numbers on the boxes being 1 and 2. I honestly thought these would be resent out on a next day delivery post due to being urgent but clearly this was not going to be the case... On the 14th feb i was the happiest lady ever as it was looking like i was going to be able to cook a meal for myself and hubbie for valentines and actually sit at a table to enjoy it as yes yippee!!! the legs arrived!! I got it all ready to put together and could not figure out how the legs were meant to attach to such a huge piece of marble...it then dawned on me that actually we are missing another valuable peice.. the base! I mean how much bad luck can 1 person get? I was advised that this (box no:4) was sent out at the same time as the legs in (box no:3) but im writing this review on the 18th Feb with still no clue as to when im finally going to get my table together. It has certainly taken its toll on me and my family as i have had to cancel 3 dinner dates now with family because of this, yet all im getting is "we are rectifying this" ..how exactly are you rectifying this? You say its down to GP Logistics who you HAVE to use because of the size and weight of products you send yet the legs eventually came with parcelforce in a small thin box???? GP Logistics took photographic evidence of each box delivered on the 24th Jan so they should know that not only were we missing box 3 we were also missing a 4th box which i had no idea there was. Customer services kindly offered that for a (small fee) someone could come out and put the table together for me as like a sorry for all the hassle but i kindly denied this offer as im very sorry but I do not want to have to pay another penny towards the table that i should of by now had up and celebrating my family occasions with. This should have been offered as a free gesture. Its totally upset me and has taken alot of back and forth to never get a straight and honest answer...it has put me off totally ever buying again which again is a real shame as there was alot more we really liked and would have spent a few thousand on.
But even though belmont interiors items are beautiful and im in love with them, they have unfortunately let themselves down by using a delivery company that can't keep up to their standards which is a total shame...my advice to them, dont lose custom due to a delivery company that clearly doesnt give two hoots, as if they did they would of returned one of my 4 messages i left them via phone AND email but absolutely nothing from them...
So to reiterate to anyone reading this im not telling you NOT to buy from Belmont Interiors as their products are amazing. Just watch out for the delivery company and please try and be in a position to fully check your order unlike us who was so up against it at the time we pysically had no chance to check...

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They are fraudsters and have been reported to the police and Action Fraud. They pretend to deliver goods and string you along. They even had the cheek to fraudulently send pictures of the items in my “fake” house claiming the goods were delivered and faked a signature claimed by them.
