Absolutely delighted with my dining set from Belmont interiors. They went above and beyond to ensure the delivery of it was in perfect condition and the customer service was first class. I would highly recommend them.

I have used this company twice now and received great service. My delivery was very quick and went smoothly, the 4 dining chairs I purchased look beautiful so I went back to purchase another 2. I would definitely use Belmont Interiors again.

Really happy with the service and my dinner chairs highly recommend great quality chairs. Will continue to use this company for other items

After waiting almost 3 months for my table and chairs to be shipped ( stuck I'm containers apparently). They finally got delivered today. But what an absolute shambles, there was one man on his own delivering them and he told me that he could only leave my £1,200 table and chairs on the pavement outside my house as it was company policy that he could not fetch it into the house for me. Bare in mind I'm a disabled women on my own with no way of me being able to fetch it in by myself. They didn't make me aware that delivery was going to be roadside delivery because if so I could of made sure somebody was at home with me. I had to leave my brand new table and chairs outside on the main road in the pissing down rain all day until my husband came home from work at 7pm ( delivery was at 1pm) not impressed would definitely avoid this company in the future.

Rude customer service.
I've never experienced something like this. Asked for more information on a product and they were very rude about it. We're not helpful at all and called me a "stupid customer, then blocked me so I couldn't respond back. Luckily I took screenshots of the conversation! Took my money elsewhere. They also flagged my review on Trustpilot, so I've emailed Trust pilot the screenshots of the conversation.. They seem like a company that will give you a product and if something goes wrong won't take accountability for it and certainly won't help rectify. Happy they showed their true colours before my order was placed

- lamps advertised as white but when they arrived were cream. Photos provided.
- the company refused to pay return postage. I paid over £40 postage with UPS.
- Company did not provide return confirmation email.
- I sent numerous messages for confirmation email - after 3 days I got one. I was told to wait between 3-7 days.
- 3 days later no confirmation from PayPal to confirm return processing.
- paypal confirmed return not started- dispute opened and money refunded in less than a day. Thank you paypal. I have evidence to prove dispute was opened by PayPal and closed once refund received.

Awful company extremely misleading, after placing my order having it confirmed & recieving my receipt clearly stating the product & total cost & them taking the money.They contacted me to request I pay 3 times the price claiming they'd listed the product wrongly on there site if i wanted to continue with my order. Even though other products in the range were also listed for the same price & amount.
Very unhelpful customers service now awaiting a refund as they cancelled my order claiming it was at my request when it wasn't have the what's app chat to prove this.
I actually wanted the products I ordered & paid for. Will never use this company again as they take your money then cancel the order. Very unprofessional & dishonest company.

Louis Dining table look absolutely amazing. Table is excellent value for money and it’s of the highest quality possible. The UKLH delivery service was also fantastic.Every part of the purchase was definitely worthy of the 5 stars..

I can’t thank this company enough! The service from start to finish was just amazing as even the delivery driver was so kind. The customer service was impeccable! I was taking ages to find a table I liked the best as there was so many beautiful options. Emma was so patient with me and helped me also gave me suggestions and we managed to find a perfect table and help me sort out a finance. I was able to get it within 5 days!!! No other company I’ve searched for can deliver a marble table that quick. I just can’t thank this company enough even the the pricing was so good no one can beat! I was able to track the delivery and had great communication through the whole process. The table is the most beautiful table I’ve ever seen. Thank you Belmont interiors! I will definitely be purchasing from you guys again. It honestly feels so much better when you know you’ve spent a lot money but it’s with an amazing company!

I recently purchased 2 RV ASTLEY table lamps from Belmomt Interiors and their price, customer service, packaging and delivery were all 5 star. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Very nice and gorgeous dining, delivered on time, nice experience all round.

What an amazing company to deal with, nothing was a problem! Extremely competitive on price and customer service was excellent. Delivery to N Ireland can sometimes cause difficulties but they sorted this all out with no problem at all to me. Would highly recommend and I will certainly purchase from them again.

Ordered a louis marble dinning table with 4 chairs with bench on 16th january 2023.2 days after told chairs were not available and offered alternative which we agreed too,via whatsapp conversation. I asked about delivery schedule and after 3 days to and thro with messages told it would be delivered week commencing 29/01/2024 or before which i was happy with.
On the 01/02/2024 i enquired on which day this week my delivery would be as i want to make sure i was home to receive my delivery.
I was the sent a message stating they were having trouble arranging there courier to collect my order and should be with me next week.
I replied to there whatsapp message and also emailed stating that i need the delivery on or before 10/02/24, as i fly to marbella on the 11/02/24 for 14 nights.- i was emailed to feel free to cancel my order with paypal which i had no problem doing and infact had my case resolved within 15 mins as paypal have suspended all transactions with this company so please check if u are paying via paypal.
Just wanted to add i got the same style louis marble dinning 4lion knocker chairs with bench and instead of 150 size its 180 and it was £73 cheaper

After placing an order for a dining set from another website to be let down last minute as they couldn’t deliver in time for the holidays, I reached out to Belmont interiors and explained my situation as I have family coming round. The team was very helpful and expedited the whole process, as the dining set arrived the same week with assembly. The quality is also amazing, I received so many compliments. Can’t thank the team enough!

Placed and order from the Richmond Luxor range, from intial enquiries to delivery company was very professorial and was kept up to date every step of the way from ordering to arrival. Amazing service from the Belmont team thanks again items are lovely
