Spot on totally recommend
Spot on. I have to confess I hadn’t purchased from Bell Donaldson Steele before, however I’m very disappointed that I hadn’t. Their service is spot on the cheapest genuine tools and accessories I have found on the internet and trust me I scroll 🤯. Thank you a fantastic service you have it right. Thanks again

Purchased an as advertised genuine…
Purchased an as advertised genuine Makita 18v 5.0Ah battery at what I believe to be a competitive price with free 1-3 day delivery incl. The package was prepared and picked up by the courier within a few hours, however the courier lost track of the package and the seller had to get involved and it did eventually arrive 6 days later which was disappointing. With regards to the battery, I would have to say that I was disappointed to receive a genuine article in a padded envelope rather than a Makita branded box which only results in raising suspicion of its authenticity ?

Useless company
Useless company, used DX to deliver my parcel, I had no notification of when it would be delivered, DX then delivered it to the wrong apartment and as no one was home left it on the door step, £300 worth of batteries I can only assume were taken by someone walking along our street, if they’d delivered it to the correct address I wouldn’t be leaving this bad review, the supplier won’t do anything to sort it out and have left me to claim the money back through my credit card, buyers beware is all I can say, I’ll never purchase off these guys again

Top Notch Service and Delivery. Thanks.
Excellent Service and Delivery.
The cost of the combined unit was less then Amazon. Amazon sent me the Saw Table sans the Adjustable Table TWICE! I will remember this the next time I need to buy a tool.

Good price on the item
Good price on the item. Unfortunately, no tracking information and the shop app didn’t track the item also not shipped on the day it was supposed to be. Apart from that all good.
