What do you wanna say? It has here a rating below 2 out of 5 and this is already elevated. It's a shame that Apple works with such a company. Since 2 days I try to chat with them but at the moment I'm on position # 70, means waiting for an agent for at least more 2 hours to get connected with suc a guy. They sell Apple display protection that don't protect at all. Since I'm typing (and I'm slow) I moved from position # 70 to # 68. Even more than two hours to get someone to speak to. And I'm pretty sure they won't be able to help me. Long story short: Save the money for the screen protector as it it's a waste of money and time

Screen protector warranty is worthless. Within 3yrs of a "Lifetime Warranty" (Europe) - despite bubbling starting, screen protector claimed to be obselete and unable to replace nor refund despite terms under warranty yet offer me a 20% discount on something I can't have??? NEVER buy Belkin!

Customer support is an absolute disaster.

I was sold a Belkin lifetime warranty screen protector by Apple which is a total con. Because Belkin have informed me that the warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or wear and tear. Only manufacturers defaults.
It chipped and cracked within a couple of months on the phone. Not worth the money. I’ve had cheaper ones last longer on my previous phones.
Contacted Belkin as advised by Apple and they want to charge me another £10 shipping to send out a replacement.

I bought this screen protector at an Apple Store because the staff told me it comes with an unlimited warranty. If it breaks, it gets replaced. That’s what convinced me to pay 40 euros for it.

Two weeks later my phone fell, the protector broke, and I went back to the Apple Store. They sent me to Belkin’s website. The replacement is listed at 0 euros, which is true. But then you get to checkout and there’s 10 euros in shipping for something that costs maybe 50 cents to make.

Nobody mentioned this when I was buying it. “Unlimited warranty” makes you think replacements are free. Not that you’ll pay shipping every single time, forever.
The product works as described. The way it’s sold does not.

If the warranty is the reason you’re considering this, just know that every claim will cost you 10 euros in shipping. Factor that in before you buy.

Bought an I Phone 17 pro max from Apple store in Braehead and was talked into spending £35 on a Belkin screen protector which they fitted in the shop. It cracked without explanation within 2 weeks, found it extremely difficult to try and find how to put warranty claim in, but did eventually figure it out. Was then notified they had none in stock and I waited nearly 4 weeks for replacement. Took it back into Apple store for them to fit which they did, and within a few weeks its cracked again. Shocking quality, can't be bothered with the hassle of complaining again so have ordered far cheaper ones on Amazon.

If i could give Zero I would,every time i get through to support (uk) they drop the call (15 times) and live chat ive gone down two numbers in 25 minutes , will never buy any Belkin products again , I have wasted so much time trying to get through its a joke

UTTER SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BELKIN

I purchased a screen protector from Apple at a much higher price than I can buy on Amazon because I was told the service is good and the protectors are replaced immediately.

A few days after fitting the protector, it cracked almost immediately which makes me think the quality of the glass is thin and therefore designed to break.

Immediately, I contacted customer services and heard nothing. This was on the 9th January. I was told I would be contacted in 3-5 days and have still heard nothing. It is now the 12th of May.

I then contacted again on 12th March and have still heard nothing back. I still have a broken screen protector from January (over 5 months ago) that has not been replaced.

I am now on the phone the Belkin and have been on hold for an hour and a half.

This is an utter joke of a company. This company is a scam.

Bought the screen protector 2 for £35. Started to crack around the corners only after a week. I was sent a replacement but the same thing happened. Just pealed the screen protector off my phone altogether.
Not worth £5. Make your choice.

Con company. Bought Apple phone and was promised how they will give any replacements if damaged. Called today and they have changed their policy and refused to give replacement. Never ever again! What a con !

For the last Christmas, for my wife i bought a magnetic powerbank for her iphone. After only 4-5 times of usage(6 months) its completely dead. Asked for replacement as they are offering 2 years of warranty. They sent quite quickly i must admit, but inside the box wasn't a replacement, it was two second hand some kind of book. Back to square one, asked belkin again for the replacement. They did, but this time not even old second books but just an empty box. Contacted now for the 3th time belkin, going on holiday so will need a power bank, no proper response. Asked them if possible to be shipped to apple store as they are incapable of doing it. Been told by the last person i spoke over the phone, that employees in warehouse are stilling shipments.

Purchased a Belkin Wemo Smart Plug which has now been rendered completely unusable following Belkin’s decision to end support on 31 January 2026.
The device no longer works via Alexa, the app login fails, and even the manual on/off button no longer operates.
Attempts to contact Belkin have been extremely frustrating:
• Phone support involves excessive wait times with no resolution
• Live chat does not support Wemo products
• UK support email addresses bounce as invalid
As a result, there is effectively no way to obtain proper support or resolution.
This experience is disappointing, as consumers are left with a product that has been remotely disabled and no clear support pathway.

Not a single response to my warranty claim over months. Then I issued a court claim and BINGO! Acceptance of claim and costs paid within 48 hours. We all get things wrong, but what matters is how you respond. Belkin seems to operate a policy of ‘ignore them and they will go away’. Shameful. How Apple can be prepared to deal with such a poor customer-focussed organisation beggars belief.

I have brought belkin screen protector for my daughter‘s iPhone 15 from the Apple Store for her new Mobile recommended by this staff. I was also told it would be replaced if it cracks worst screen protector ever.
Cracked within a week, replacing it was a nightmare with belkin company. It’s been replaced 3 times since.
It has cracked again. I have given up now. A waste of time. I will now be going back to Spigen which I have ok my iPhone 12 still best screen protector I’ve ever had never cracked once. Been using it for years.

I recently purchased a Belkin screen protector for £34. 95expecting a premium product and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

The screen protector turned out to be of poor quality. It started chipping almost immediately after a minor drop from my hand onto the floor—something you would expect a decent screen guard to withstand without damage. I’ve used much cheaper alternatives in the past that have proven to be far more durable than this.

What made matters worse was the customer service. At the time of purchase, a one-year warranty was promised. However, when I reached out for support, the process was frustrating and unhelpful. I was repeatedly asked unnecessary questions, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, nothing has been done so far. The response felt dismissive rather than supportive.

Overall, this product does not justify its price, and the after-sales support has been equally disappointing. I would not recommend this screen protector based on my experience.

I returned a product months ago, and they still haven’t refunded my money, even though they kept promising to do so. They are total time-wasters and nerve-torturers.

Worst customer service ever. I cannot even explain.

I have been in the queue for literally 1h. I was next in line and guess what. Chat ended. No explanation.
Then the way they proceed with returns/ issues with their products…horrible.

Would not replace my screen protector with a life time warranty because I could not provide a photograph so said this warranty is not available- I explained I lost my iPhone on the outside lane of a motorway when it fell off my motorcycle it was run over by the car behind me and the police would not allow me to retrieve the phone as I would likely be killed crossing the motorway and would be prosecuted if I did so
I have often bought many Belkin screen protectors via Apple Store based on the lifetime warranty apple promote and bought on that expectation
Having seen other negative review on belkin I am not surprised of there lack of customer service I shall also write on apple store a negative review

Zero rating from me. I bought a screen glass for my new iPhone 17 pro and it’s breaking down on the edge after a couple of months. Belkin don’t want to know and have refused to replace it. What a waste of £32.

I purchased a iPhone 17 Pro Max screen protector from Belkin, won over by their claims of how robust their products were and their guarantee. I didn't mind paying the higher price as it was an investment in a product that would last... This was a mistake! Do not purchase Belkin products.

The screen protector formed bubbles underneath despite the applicator supplied being guaranteed. The screen protector also developed a chip in the front (not around the edge) which proves that its not nearly as hard as they think it is since I hardly have anything that can make a dent in glass that hard in my carpeted apartment.

Their warranty service is trash. They want pictures of a smartphone screen protector.... I mean since most capabilities to take a picture are part of a smartphone that makes this very difficult. I had to wait until I could use someone elses phone to try and take a picture of bubbles and the chip which is surprisingly hard to get since the screen protector is so reflective and impossible to capture images of unless you're in a studio with the right lighting.

A few long days after submitting my claim it was denied because they couldn't see it or classified it as wear and tear. Never buying from Belkin again, sticking to brands that actually work and charge a reasonable price.
