Sent me the wrong size, a triple XL and wanted me to pay shipping back to send the right size. Shipped straight from China, took 5 WEEKS. Poor quality materials.

STAY AWAY! FRAUDULENT COMPANY
STAY AWAY! It has taken over 5 weeks to receive a pair of shoes and customer service are already neglecting to provide a refund due to the delay and inconvenience caused. Waste of time and money spent. I wish I had reviewed these comments prior to purchase.

Customer service was horrible
Customer service was horrible. They shipped & delivered my order to a totally different city & had the audacity to tell me I didn't have shipping protection - which they actually do not offer. They refused to ship a new order to the correct address/city or refund me.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!
Ordered two pairs on January 1st, didn't receive until the end of February. They sent two different sizes; both wrong. Now they want me to pay to have the shoes shipped back because the shoes aren't damaged or defective. They are defective; the shoes are the wrong size.

I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 8 from you on Facebook and received a different pair of shoes in a size 39. This is truly unacceptable. I ordered from you in good faith on January 8, 2025 and was cheated out of my money, Received them on the 16th of this month. Myra Suarez

Ordered a pair of shoes, Versailles Patent Leather Bow Flats × 1, costs $52 with shipping. Didn't even come in a box, just shoved into a bag. They are patent leather, so full of cracks and creases now coming from China (didn't know) and they are at least 3 SIZES TOO SMALL, even though they say size 41. Do not order from this company, horrible product and customer service.
