The service was unhelpful, uncommitted, and unprofessional. First, be aware that you have to pay £50 per buyer for ID verification—a fee they don't disclose upfront. You only find out about this payment once you make an offer. Furthermore, the communication was poor throughout the process. Even after the transfer was complete, they failed to provide clear information regarding key collection. Despite being the legal owner of the property, I had no idea when the keys would be handed over. I had to call them repeatedly just to get an exact time, and even then, I was told I had to collect the keys from their office myself. I will not use their service again in future.

Again she very professional, knowledgeable with outstanding communication, I highly recommend this company. I found that the WhatsApp group that was set up was easier at times due to shift work but also emails where answered promptly too.
