Lovely beds mattresses really comfy, I recommend this company service excellent

Fantastic experience from Buying the bed to delivery big shout out to Jamil put the bed in the room single handed and respected my product would absolutely recommend.

Ordering the bed was straightforward, I was kept up to date with details of delivery and the driver was really good setting it all up for me, very efficient, pleasant and polite.
Very pleased with the bed itself, very comfortable.

Easy ordering. Delivered when adviced and within the time given. Delivery men were polite and cleaned their shoes before coming in. Overall I'm pleased.

Delivered within timescale and food product. The headboard attachment mechanism very weak as headboard knocked off when rested upon 1st time. Had to use additional support to keep in place

Very happy with product

Superb furniture, over the moon looks fabulous. Delivery was fantastic, the gentlemen took extreme care and attention negotiating our spiral staircase . Not easy but they were fabulous. Thank you very much

Fast delivery and great customer service 👍

If I could give no stars I would. Got a text saying that bed could not be delivered. Took day off work. Got call saying it would be next day at 7.30 am. After a text and voice mail no reply. Got onto FedEx and they came back saying no delivery today. Another day off work for nothing.
Left message with driver to cancel bed delivery.
Now waiting on store to open. Shocking service. A bunch of cowboys to say the least. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Thank you Rayhan. Fantastic customer service. I take it all back. I got a proper explanation regarding my delivery and I'm satisfied it was not beds online. Rayhan solved the whole problem and put my faith back into human nature. Your a star. Bed brilliant. Thank you sooo much

First class professional service product as described delivered on schedule

We were looking for a new bed & Headboard, after having our Bungalow re-decorated throughout, We see the ideal divan bed on Bedsonline I messaged them with a couple of questions, They replied within a day to all my questions so we ordered it, We were given an update on our order and were kept up to date with delivery date and times 3hr window, on the day of delivery the guy rang beforehand, He was very polite and we asked for them to be placed in our lounge, the headboard, and base divan were really well wrapped, with cardboard protecting the corners of both items, After un-packing we assembled it which was quite easy to do, once we had finished and made up the bed it looked lovely, the quality of the divan and headboard is 100% and we would recommend Bedsonline to any of our friends or family looking to renew there bed.

I was very satisfied with the purchase I made with Bedsonlinestore for a headboard. From my first contact, they considered my requests and 100% met my expectations in the process of choosing the material by samples and options chosen. Fast and efficient service with high product quality and excellent customer service. thanks to Nasar Ali for all the attention and fast delivery as soon as I placed the order. Many thanks

After an awful experience to start
With I spoke to a lovely gentleman called nasar who listen to what had gone on with the bed he was kind and very understanding and said he get to the bottom of who I spoke to on the phone who was using threatening behaviour towards my self he said they don’t tolerate this kind of behaviour towards
Customers and he was going to take the time to go through training with them when dealing with disabled customers as a good will gesture he had given the bed i order free of charge after speaking with him I feel more comfortable and settled about buying from here again I would recommend asking for him
Personally mistake can be made and rectified which I felt like he had done in this situation am very pleased with the outcome!❤️

Fast delivery, excellent customer services and the quality of my bed is top notch!!

Good price, delivered quickly, no issues.

Excellent headboard, really happy with it & would recommend. Only 4 stars as delivery man refused to deliver to first floor and ss a women on her own this would have been so helpful, especially as the full height headboard was large heavy.
