Wonderful! Quick service and I'm very impressed with the quality!! 🤩

Ordered a bed from them weeks ago and was instantly concerned as I did not receive any confirmation email, so after a few days I emailed them to pass on my concerns and attempt to get a delivery update.
My email did not receive a reply and the phone number supplied on the website just goes on to engaged tone when you call, witch I did for days on end. I then received a call with no prior notice from a mobile number while at work, to inform me he was at my address with my bed, I explained the situation and he said he would just have to rearrange a delivery, that was 9 days ago. I still haven’t received a call or email and the number still goes to engaged automatically. At this moment I’m very concerned I will not receive my order or a refund.

Very happy with my order. Bed was delivered on time. Got nothing bad to say 👌🏽

Good affordable prices to early to say regarding quality

Ordered a sleigh bed for my daughter which arrived yesterday and she absolutely loves it. We are very happy with the quality, looks just like the photos

Fault with bed base was dealt with promptly. Decided on a refund rather than replacement. Item was booked for collection. Item taken away on agreed day and refund arranged without any fuss. Staff who we dealt with were polite. Service met our expectation. Thank you.

So far very good experience. Can't wait for the item to be delivered.

I placed my order on 24th January and been expecting my delivery since Wednesday 3rd February. The bed was scheduled to be delivered between 3rd to 5th Feb but arrived unannounced on 29th January but I was at work and wasn’t expecting the delivery! I took annual leave to ensure I was here to see my delivery in on the dates as advised by yourself! I spoke with a gentleman yesterday and he advised the bed will be with us today (6/2) as of yet the bed still has not arrived and I’m just a little concerned with what’s happened so far it won’t come!!! And yet again we’ve wasted another day waiting for my bed! Plus I have already since Wednesday thrown my old bed out and been sleeping on the sofa whilst waiting for the bed!! Please can someone come back to me as a matter urgency as I feel it is totally unfair and not excaptable!!! Especially when you have paid for your goods. I hope you can change my views on your company because as it stands I won’t be recommending your company to anyone!!!

Ordered January 2021 paid £30 extra for chrome gliders didn't receive & only received half of the bolts to put the bed up. spoke to them the day the bed came they told me that they were sorry I needed to send them an email with a photo attached which I did they promised they would send them. now the 4th of February and still not received this. I was told that they posted 3 times and I would receive half of a refund for the chrome gliders. told the same day that they can not give me a refund as I signed to say I had them. I did not sign any paperwork. I have asked the manager to call me back and send me a copy of the paperwork I allegedly signed. How convenient that the manager had just left the building. I had to trim the headboard back and underneath myself I am not happy and will update my review when this eventually gets sorted. I would NEVER reccomend this company as there customer service has been appalling I dont appreciate being called a liar!! And to be lied to for a month now.

Ordered 2 beds, confirmation email arrived 2 days later which was a little strange.. usually confirmation emails are instant? Around 10 days later I had a call to state courier has been booked and will call to inform me regarding delivery - I am confident they deliver the beds themselves not with a 3rd party courier? 2 beds and 1 headboard arrived. 1 missing headboard and all screws to assemble beds and headboard missing. I called to advise, was very polite and advised would be delivered next day.. but no screws arrived still? So still have 1 bed not built up. Not the best company to deal with like a large business - but I guess you get what you pay for. Bed that’s built up seems ok and stable.
