I should have read the reviews, before purchasing. I ordered a bed 4 weeks ago and stll no delivery date. Was given a mobile number for the courier and the phone was switched off.
They still have time to make good, but not impressed at the moment and certainly unable to recommend!

Tried calling numerous times as double bed divan drawers don't work properly. Material is cheap, wheels are cheap plastic fittings to keep divan together are absolutely useless. Won't be buying again,had to fix it all myself. Other places to go that are better quality at the same prices. it's a joke

I brought a bed 4ft 6 double bed. Very comfortable mattress. Bed quality is brilliant. Very reasonable price. Great customer service skills. Highly recommended.

A bunch of Thieves... It took a month to delivery a broken Divan and a hell of time to replace it, the Mattres was never received/delivered, No body give you an straight answer , they want to keep my money and no delivery the good.. They said it was delivered to a neighbour .. Non of my neighbours has received anything..No body give you answer .. They gave me fake Track Numbers to justify the has sent the goods, It has been more than a month dealing with this issue... Dont buy anything here..

My wife bought me this amazing bed from Bedsland.
Its super comfy and my wife said the service given by bedsland folks was really good.

Yikes, they hire thieves for drivers. You'd think they would vet them first!! Total rip off company.

I wanted delivery within 2 days they have managed it very well and delivered me on time.
Really Really cooperative people in Bedsland....Love em.

Ordered a bed from here, £50 deposit online and the rest cash on delivery, they instead took the full amount online and pretended they didn't receive any cash on delivery, customer service saying i'm lying about it!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. This company is a complete CON they are THIEVES!!! My mum bought a bed from here and she spoke to someone on live chat who confirmed that she needs to pay £50 deposit on card and rest in cash. But they took the whole amount on card and stole £125 cash from her on delivery, said they’ll give an e-receipt but they didn’t. Now saying that they can’t give money back without proof of payment and ignoring all communication. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company. Very dishonest people. They don’t know how to deal with problems. BUY ELSEWHERE. AVOID.

Following on from my recent true review of shocking service they emailed yesterday saying remove review and we will pay you £10. Firstly that’s bribing, second really think I’m giving my account details?? Avoid this company

Great product for a very decent price. Quick delivery. No problems at all.

Delivered wrong mattress, failed to deliver bed. Bed arrived, assembled quite easily but the support beam broke. Endless calls and emails no response, eventually get an answer and false promises of exchange. Eventually demanded refund and was offered 20 pounds for 8 weeks of poor service. A totally desperate idea of company service run by a bunch of amateurs selling shoddy products. Avoid at all costs

Ordered bed and cam on time but mattress was missing. Phoned company and they put mattress on next delivery and were very apologetic .Bed great for money.

We had some challenges initially around delivery and stock mix ups, but they came good. Daniel in customer services has been excellent in making me feel like a valued customer and so have the other members of the bedsland team. I’m also happy with the bed and feel it is good value for money. I would use them again because of how they’ve handled the initial errors and how we’ve got to a Postive conclusion in the end.

Lovely suite very comfy, staff went the extra mile to deliver the suite earlier than arranged. would highly recommend.

Got what i was looking for at good price than many others.
