Rebecca was lovely. She assisted with a replacement unit when our camera failed on a recent trip to Europe. We needed a working baby monitor badly, so her fast help is greatly appreciated :)

Absolute piece of garbage - unuseable. Constantly disconnects and will not reconnect. Network failure. Not connected to server. So many error messages constantly. It is also complicated to use (and im a tech savvy person so thats a lot coming from me). Contacted via website which says 'we reply instantly' and got zero response days later. Had to go and spend hundreds more dollars on a new monitor after spending around $500AU on this. Pretty upsetting! Don't waste your money!

This is a Chinese company located in Hong Kong that I searched and has no US-based location at all. There isn't even a support telephone number to contact them, when things go wrong, like they did for me... I ordered one of the wifi monitoring system for my wife as we have our second child coming in early May. I never once received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, anything, except they took my money and basically disappeared. As stated, they have no direct contact ability so you must 'chat' with some Chinese representative who is clearly speaking through an automated translator. They said my package was 'lost' in USPS shipping yet after 1.5 months didn't even provide said number so I could look for myself. It took them THREE WEEKS to refund the product/camera itself, and another TWO WEEKS to refund the $9.99 shipping. An absolutely awful company that 1. doesn't allow reviews on their page, which says it all, and 2. cons people simple enough to buy products based on 'social media influencers' paid to say this garbage. Arguably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, and that includes Bank of America and Buffalo Wild Wings. Avoid at all costs!

We bought a monitor not fit for use and had to fight for a refund. Finally they agreed to a refund after we returned the item, which we did. It was tracked using Aus Post and when it was signed for at their end, we got our refund. Now, months later they have again taken the money from our account, saying that they never got the unit back and that we stopped replying to their emails, which is absolutely untrue! We can’t get them to reply to ours!!
DO YOURSELVES A MASSIVE FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANY!!!!

Hi, I bought a bebcare baby monitor for $170 in December 2021. By next Fall (less then a year from the time of purchase) the unit stopped charging when plugged in and became useless. Bebcare Customer Support was contacted (I was still within my 12 month warranty) just to find out that its not covered by the warranty. There was obviously something wrong with the internal wiring or poor quality of the base unit. They flatly refused to help and now I am buying another unit (not from them of course). Bad company doing bed business.

I really liked this monitor for the first several months I had it. Closed network, low EMF and a long battery life. My monitor stopped working after 8 months (still with-in the warranty time frame) and while I was frustrated things like this happen so I contacted customer service and things went extremely downhill form there. The response time was several days in-between with multiple follow-ups from me and a video sent as requested. To ultimately be told "the wireless module on the camera itself was damaged internally" then proceeded to tell me that that is not covered by the warranty because the manufacturer does not cover it. SO to sum up, the monitor and camera were with-in the warranty timeframe but Bebcare does not honor internal malfunctions caused by defect of their own equipment, that is not a warranty. Instead of offering to fix mine, send me a new one or heck send me a refurbished one for my ALMOST $300 monitor, I was offered a 30% off coupon. What a joke. They since have not responded to me after several more attempts to let them know that was not acceptable so they will be continuing to hear from me where it counts - a community of people who are looking for a low EMF monitor.

The Bebcare team was able to resolve a sound activation issue I had on the Hear audio monitor. It wasn't working properly and picked up some non existent noise. So they helped replace it for us. Very happy with our experience.

Great baby monitor!

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!! Bebcare's website claims their main offices are in beautiful Cambridge, Massachusetts; however, Bebcare runs credit cards through a Hong Kong ISL banking system, so my American credit card charged me an additional $5.11 foreign transaction fee to purchase their product. On February 21, 2023, Bebcare service representative Juliana told me that she discussed this issue with her superiors, and Bebcare would reimburse me a one-time charge of $5.11 for the foreign transaction fee. As of 3/6/2023, Bebcare still has not reimbursed me $5.11. I am NOT impressed with this company!!!!!

Bebcare is not taking ownership of this issue. If they claim they are an American company, then they should NOT be running my credit card through a Hong Kong processor. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM Bebcare!

My husband dropped the parent unit and broke it. The screen cracked and it doesn’t charge anymore. Olivia responded to our support request and arranged new replacement sent out to our vacation home quickly. Appreciate her help a lot. We needed the monitor to keep an eye on our 3 month old.

We have been on the hunt for the best baby monitor we could find. After reading a ton of online reviews, we discovered Bebcare and are so glad we found it. They produce the lowest radiation baby monitor on the market with the best feature set. We absolutely love ours after a year of use. Great product for every family.

Rebecca from the Bebcare tech support team is awesome. She helped us diagnosed a charging issue on the parent screen and offered a replacement unit for us, since it’s still under the warranty coverage. She provided a quick response by email and was proactive in solving the issue we faced. We love our Bebcare low emissions baby monitor so much.

We have been using the Bebcare Air baby air purifier for a year and have been happy with it. It does a good job of cleaning the air and protecting my baby from pollutants. Last week the thing stopped charging. Rebecca from Bebcare support swiftly replaced the unit for us even thought it just went outside of its one year warranty window.

I had an issue suddenly one night with the camera unit. I just couldn’t even see my baby on the monitor. It’s completely blurry. I emailed support at 3am in the morning and got a reply by 8am. They were really fast. The team dug a bit more into my camera to see if there was an easy fix, but there wasn’t. So they shipped me a new camera the same day. That was a great experience for me to see that a company stands behind its products.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEBCARE. I cannot stress this enough.

First, they are not low emission like they say. (Look up info from Tech Wellness - She does a review of baby monitors)

Second, their customer service is the actual worst. They told me I could return my monitor. 2 months has gone by & they refuse to refund me. (Their policy for refunds is 2-5 weeks) They ignore my emails & website chats. (Even though they say they will immediately respond) They delete my comments on social media. They are SCANNING people. Google reviews are terrible with so many others who never received their refund & are out hundreds of dollars.

They don’t care about you or your baby. Profit > people. Liars & thieves

So happy to have been recommended this low radiation product. It’s so much safer than the Infant Optics that I owned previously. Loving this so far ;)

Andrew from the engineering team was great. He called me when I couldn’t pair a new baby unit to my existing Bebcare Motion monitor. He took me through the steps and got it setup in less than a minute. Saved me easily an hour of my time trying to figure this out on my own.

Danielle was really helpful. She helped us replace our USB adapter when the plug broke off. Got the new one within two days. Great customer service.

Faulty Monitor

Within three months the swift in the monitor stopped working. Customer service has told me the switch is not covered under the warranty. So the monitor is but the switch isn’t. Terrible product and service.

I’m happy I came across this low emissions design baby monitor when I was researching nursery products. I spent a lot of time reading about product safety and found out the importance of building a low emissions home. I didn’t want to expose my baby daughter for potentially harmful wireless emissions. This baby monitor is perfect for us. We got the Bebcare Hear audio monitor since it has the lowest power output.

Glad my friends introduced me to this low EMF option baby monitor. Very happy to find a safer baby monitor compared to those high radiation DECT monitors on Amazon. Great product and great customer service.
