This company is a scam.
I almost never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for this company.
1) First of all, I tested the EMF from this device compared to my other two video baby monitors, and they were all equivalent. This is NOT actually low EMF (I used an expensive Cornet EMF reader)

2) I returned it bc I was unhappy with the product. Their customer service team confirmed that I would receive a full refund and would not have to pay the restocking fee bc my monitor did not have low EMFs and marketing was false. AFTER confirmation that I would receive a full refund, I returned the product. It has been 2.5 months and I STILL have not received any refund. I have contacted the company several times and they told me the refund is pending. They keep pushing it off any saying it will be on the next credit card cycle. But it’s been another month and nothing. My communication switch them started in NOVEMBER and now it’s mid March.

At this point I realize the company is fraudulent

Amazing service. I was having trouble with my second camera and the team handled it really well and even helped me to replace it without the stress of not having a monitor. Really happy with my monitor as it’s low EMF and safest option for our kids!

Purchasing products is straightforward and their customer support is attentive when you have questions or need help.

I had a fantastic experience contacting Bebcare customer support in relation to queries I had. Juliana on the live chat was quick, personable and understood my query as well as quickly providing guidance. Additionally it’s great companies such as Bebcare exist to offer low EMF products on the baby monitor market for customers who want to minimise exposure to the tiniest of humans!

I highly do NOT recommend! Against my better judgment, after having issues with my first “parent unit” (monitor) I purchased my second Bebcare camera/parent unit. I regret my decision since the second parent unit stopped working after only 4 months. My first one lasted a little longer but didn’t even make it to a year before the problems started. I’ve reached out to their customer service and the best they can do is a discount where I would need to still pay $80+ which is ridiculous when I just spent so much money on it a few months ago. Save your money and buy another camera!

Great product with low EMF which is very important in our household!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Bebcare. Their baby products are well-designed, high quality, and clearly created with parents in mind. Everything feels sturdy, intuitive to use, and made from materials I feel comfortable having around my baby.

I also appreciate that Bebcare focuses on safety and innovation — it’s reassuring as a parent to know the company prioritizes those things. Communication from the team was professional and responsive, and overall the experience felt smooth and trustworthy.

I ordered a baby monitor for a baby shower, which was never delivered on the time. After almost two months wait and several complaints to the company, the item is yet to be delivered. They are blaming the USPS instead of taking ownership of the delivery issues. If they have issues with the postal service, why don’t they use other methods of delivery. To give them credit, customer service was friendly and answered promptly, however they were not able to resolve the issue timely.

Great Product - Range, battery life, and night vision on the camera is fantastic! Customer Support is responsive and kind.

If there were negative stars it would be -10. They are scammers. I ordered a monitor and accessories at a cost of $298.00 My family never received anything. They said there was an e mail sent to verify sender address, last 4 of card used and shipping address. They said this a safety verification. I checked my CC and they already had the funds. There was nothing to verify. I sent them a screen shot of the transaction. They said they still needed the information. So I sent it. And no product. After a month and multiple requests they once again sent a request for information. It’s bad enough they are scamming people but to us the emotion of baby products to lure people is inexcusable.

We really like this monitor and appreciate how it is safe and low EMF.

Love our Bebcare monitor! Great quality display and sound and we couldn’t live without it. Customer service team resolved my issue when I reached out as well.

My niece had this baby monitor on her registry so I ordered it as a gift. When I contacted them that the package was never received they sent out another.

Beware!!!! Run!! This is a scam company with fake products and a fake business. They somehow paid google to promote their business when you search for low emf baby monitors… when they are in fact not low emf. Their baby monitor app also does not work and the trouble shooting email you can send from the app also doesn’t work. They do not let you return anything you purchase using a discount code and do not honor any of their warranties.

We love the ease and function of the monitor, especially the low emf factor.
Customer service was also able to assist with our questions.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their EMF-free baby monitors. As a parent, safety and peace of mind are everything, and their products deliver on both fronts. We actually own two of their monitors now, and each one has been reliable, easy to use, and a huge comfort knowing we’re minimizing EMF exposure around our baby.

On top of having excellent products, their customer service has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, they’ve been quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that not only makes thoughtful, high-quality products but also stands behind them with such great service.

Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, trustworthy, and dependable baby monitor!

I want to love these monitors. As when they worked they were perfect. But I have now had my third parent unit stop working properly and once again are getting ignored via email.

The first unit I bought I did manage to get them to replace after many many ignored emails. They requested I ship the faulty unit back to them and they would pay for shipping- which they later informed me they couldn’t do once after requesting reimbursement.
My second unit broke but my daughter dropped it once so I thought it was potentially that so paid for a new unit/ but on emailing them about it they offered me a discount code if I posted a 5 star review.

Now that unit is faulty too with the same fault as the previous one (so it obviously wasn’t from being dropped) and I am now a few months in to trying to get replies from them.

Honestly, ignore the 5 star reviews (that were likely posted by people like me trying to save money on a replacement) and don’t waste your time and money with them, it’s not worth it.

For a product that’s supposed to be for baby safety, they are full of staff that obviously don’t care and are just trying to scam as many people as possible

FAULTY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Device stopped working a couple months after purchase. Website claims to have a one year warranty. Customer service says otherwise. Don’t walk, RUN from these people. How horrible to leave parents with broken monitors 3/4 months after purchasing and lie about their warranty. In the name of children, shame on you people
