I’ve made three seperate orders so far. High quality product, fast delivery, and dealt excellently with a return via customer service (the issue was caused by the courier not the seller). They’re a great business and would highly recommend.

Good service, but I wish you had checked the details with me: I somehow selected the wrong dimensions for the photo mount as the non-standard 5x7.5 inches rather than the 5x7 inches I wanted.

Brought a frame for a Christmas present. Realised I had bought one portrait and landscape instead of 2 landscape insert. Easy to contact, they amended order and arranged refund. So helpful would buy from them again without a doubt!!

I have looked into your comments, and found that the parcel was addressed exactly as supplied on your order, therefore the driver was unable to ascertain which house to call at. We have since replaced your frame and delivered to the correct address. My apologies this didn't happen in time for Christmas.

The frame I ordered is just perfect
The frame I ordered is just perfect. It looks amazing and even my husband has commented on how well it has been made. It holds two graduation photos beautifully. There was a little problem when the courier didn't mention he'd left my parcel two doors down, but Beaver Frames responded immediately. They immediately contacted the courier.

Customer service was fantastic. I had missed out a line of my address and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. The frame is great. Beautifully made and has excellent value for money. Framer would have cost me much more and this looks really professional!
