Beaverbrooks - Peterborough Anmeldelser

In the first instance my visit to the Peterborough store was a fact finding mission to get a better understanding between a Natural Diamond and a Lab Grown Diamond.
I met an amazing sales assistant called Hannah.
I explained my reason behind asking and that what my purchase was a memorial ring in memory of my Mum & Dad.
I was shown both Natural and Lab Grown Diamond rings and opted for the Natural Diamond.
I was then shown some beautiful rings one which I just kept coming back to. It was part of their eternity collection and had three rows of diamonds the central row being me, and the two outer rows to resemble both my Mum & Dad.
At NO point was I given the hard sell, and I came away with all the information I required. Hannah sent me an email with the ring details and advised to order the ring in my size to store with a 10% refundable deposit for me to try the ring in my size and if I changed my mind know that I would be refunded my deposit back in full.
I am now the proud owner of this beautiful sentimental ring which has great meaning to me. I can’t thank Hannah enough for getting on board with my story and giving me the very best service.
I found all staff polite and professional at all times and the experience was second to none.
Thank you xx

The lady was very helpful and friendly. The item we picked was cheaper online at another store and we managed to get the item price matched which was amazing.

I purchased a new watch from Beaverbrooks. They were amazing with the care and service.

Thank you Hannah for your help. You are an asset to your shop.

I love to get my watches from this store. Staff excellent. Showroom very beautifully located in centre of town.

Incredible service with 3 friendly and polite staff! They welcomed us into the store and asked if we required any assistance. I knew the watch I wanted to view/try on, so was invited to take a seat and offered a coffee. I was happy with the watch, and they had no issues in honouring a lower price match. Muriyam then sized the bracelet and I left the shop extremely happy.
I then went back 10 minutes later, as I felt the bracelet was a little loose and Emma suggested a half link alteration - I thought a full link removal may be better. Having left the store, 5 minutes later the full link removal was feeling a little tight! I went back again and had the link put back and given the suggested half link alteration. 3 alterations, always welcoming, always smiling - a professional team that represented the best of Beaverbrooks; thank you!

Great service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased with my purchase - a birthday gift for my godson’s 21st which was nicely packed in a Beaverbrooks bag and ribbon.
Happy to recommend this shop.

Staff, service.
