Beaverbrooks Middlesbrough
I had a great experience at Beaverbrooks in Middlesbrough. I was struggling to get hold of a pair of earrings for my mum’s birthday, it was a specific pair that she’d had previously but unfortunately lost one of them a few months back, she was absolutely gutted so I decided I’d get her a new pair for her birthday. Online it said they were only available for click and collect in Harrogate which is a 3 hour drive away, she knew this as she’d already been trying to order them herself. I then phoned the Harrogate store and was told that there was no way of having them available closer to home. I took a chance and phoned the Middlesbrough store just incase, a lovely member of staff called Jess was amazing, she had them ordered from Harrogate to Middlesbrough to collect the following day! I collected them and managed to speak to Jess in store to thank her.
