Great team, options without pressure
Leanne is a real asset to the Beaverbrooks store. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and approachable without ever being pushy or making the experience feel false or forced.
She took the time to understand my personal tastes, what I liked and, just as importantly, what I didn’t like. Rather than simply showing me the obvious choices, Leanne suggested options I hadn’t even considered, opening my mind to something completely different.
Her knowledge, genuine approach, and ability to listen made the whole experience enjoyable and ultimately led to an unexpected but very welcome purchase!
It’s a real pleasure to receive this level of customer service. Leanne struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making me feel valued as a customer without any pressure to buy.

Jamie at Beaverbrooks Hull was fantastic today when I visited the store to enquire about exchanging an engagement ring I'd recently bought for my partner. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make the process easy and stress-free. Great service
My watch was delivered within two days of ordering, and I took it the same day to my nearby Beaverbrooks branch, where they altered the Titanium strap to fit me.
Great watch, perfect fit, great service.
