I have been to Beaverbrooks a couple of times within the last year, once to choose a gift I was being treated to for my birthday and again recently to buy a watch for myself, and each time I have found the team at Guildford to be knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely helpful and a special thank you to Aixa for all her help.
If you are thinking of buying jewellery or watches, either as a gift, or for yourself, then I highly recommend Beaverbrooks in Guildford. Excellent customer service

Extremely Disappointing Quality and Customer Service – Avoid!

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the jewellery and the customer service at Beaverbrooks.

I purchased a pair of earrings less than 11 months ago, and they have already fallen apart. For a supposedly reputable jeweller, I find this completely unacceptable. Jewellery should last considerably longer than 11 months, especially when purchased from a company that promotes itself on quality and craftsmanship.

What makes the situation even worse is Beaverbrooks' response. Rather than taking responsibility and offering a reasonable solution, they have refused to replace the earrings or provide a suitable alternative.

I would expect far better from an established jewellery retailer. The lack of willingness to resolve such an obvious quality issue is incredibly disappointing and has completely destroyed my confidence in the brand.

If Beaverbrooks cannot stand behind jewellery that fails within the first year, why should customers trust them with more expensive purchases?

I certainly won't be shopping there again and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.

Poor quality, poor customer service, and absolutely no confidence in the brand.

The only thing was that I wasn't aware of the insurance for losing an earring which is I have now

Great service, Reminder call for the appointment. When I arrived at shop I was expected and felt welcomed. A Lovely team at Guildford.

Pearl wet out of her way to get my order ready. As it was a gift for somebody she wrapped and prepared the presentation package beautifully.

The "problem" is that hey make it too easy to spend money there.

Awful spent a lot of money over the last few years and won’t be again

Very pleasant assistant at Guildford store. She knew about the watches I was interested in and was enthusiastic without being pushy.

Brilliant customer service from Kenzie and her colleagues Lauren and store manager Maxine, who all looked after us.
Special mention for Kenzie who guided us through the whole process. Will certainly go back to this store again.

Excellent service from Teresa who saw us / me and my partner who is in a wheelchair looking in the window , she came out to ask if she could help ,so we all went into the shop to look at the bracelets she got us a coffee ,we then chose a bracelet , then discovered that Teresa lived a very near to us , so many thanks again , from KIP H &SHIRLEY M

I went into Beaverbrooks in Guildford to look at a St. Christopher pendant. The young lady who served me, Pearl, was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable . Although the item I was looking at was under £100 , I was treated as though I was buying an expensive diamond. I was not pressured into buying anything and enjoyed the whole experience. I would highly recommend Beaverbrooks and their exceptional Pearl.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, I can't remember the name of the girl I spoke to but she was very helpful and took the time to show me not just the item I was interested in but other options in a lower and higher price range. Can't fault them.

We were greeted with a warm welcome. Offered drinks. Kirsten was amazing and you could tell she was passionate about her job which is very refreshing in retail.
She was very patient and looked at various options of the watches on line for us. Her knowledge was superb.

Professional service. Very pleased with the ring I bought too. Kenzie was excellent.
