I was so pleased and I apologize for underestimating your company this was my very first time ordering from your company and of course I’m very well pleased. I’m so pissed off I could cry
I’m so pissed off I could cry! I ordered two wigs for my birthday weekend which is this weekend. Out of the blue I see that my status has updated to cancel so when I inquired and support response was to tell me that it was probably something with the bank and to try another card. I’ve been wearing wigs for many many years , I purchase at least two wigs every single month from my reliable wig companies and not one time has this happened. If their system only takes certain cards from certain banks they need to upgrade. And now my birthday weekend is ruined because I don’t have any hair. My advice is to stick to your reliable vendors that you have been using instead of trying something new. Never again

Well they didn’t have what I wanted
Well they didn’t have what I wanted, and I to pay extra for what they did have. I feel if it’s not available gray it out so no one has to choose what is not in stock. Hopefully they got thing ok. I want know till I receive the item. But the communication was great. Just waiting.

Great quality and easy to style. This was my first wig, and I was hesitant, since I'm not good with styling my hair. I was pleasantly surprised when the first one arrived. Im the owner of four blond wigs and I'm loving it.

I got their new Beautyforever Bye Bye Knots Wig 7x5 Glueless Lace Kinky Curly Put on and Go Human Hair Wigs with Invisible Knots. This is the worst hair I've ever received. nothing like advertised, no draw string, no ear cut out, no band, no invisible knots, not even the 20inches I PAID FOR!. I'm still waiting for a response !!!!!!
