Just ordered at BeautyForever hair and did not receive a confirmation email

So just received email saying that they deal with beauty ( such liars)

So I have just been scammed .

So beautyforever hair just replied and wrote an untruth statement . Please do not buy from this scam company DO NOT BUY . When I was ordering NO order number NOTHING came up , this fake company is a DISGRACE they even removed the reply button . DO NOT purchase from this scam company and SCAM reviews.

Now they lied and said they shipped with a FAKE tracking No . PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. SCAMMERS AND DISGUSTING LIARS.

I ordered a kinky curly wig from Beauty Forever and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Unfortunately the last time I placed an order for a different style I was a quickly notified that it was on back order and given the option of selecting a different one or receiving a refund, I chose to be refunded and my refund was deposited back to my account within a few days.

5 stars for the hair and 5 stars the wonderful customer service:)

I love the quality and the consistency of the product, shipping is also pretty fast

I recently order a wig but the company was out of stock. They kindly refund me my money back after the transaction.

I had an issue with not receiving my package after receiving an email saying it was delivered. I contacted customer service and they offer to replace my order just because I was a returning customer. However, the postal service located my package and delivered it. Thank you guys for being willing to step up for your consumers! Kudos

Excellent and fast communication whenever I reached out to them through email! Every wig I received from them has also been amazing quality, and long-lasting. I recommend this hair company to those who love human hair wigs, especially beginners to wigs!

Beautyforever is my fav. Service is Awesome. Quaility of Wigs are Awesome. Would always give 5 stars

Customer service very helpful, wigs come in a timely manner, always arrive on time or before the expected delivery date, within 2 to 4 days. Good quality hair, matches the description majority of times. Good loyalty programme, good range to choose from.

Beauty Forever is my favorite go to for wigs! My recent purchase I dealt with the customer service a lot and they were amazing and easy to connect with. My unit is amazing. Good Quality!

I Love the curls and the bounciness of them looks and feels natural. Excellent customer service and my wig arrived on time.

i’m a regular customer of Beautyforever but the last few wigs I order have definitely not been the same style or length. I’m not sure if they have a copycat company, but I’m very unsatisfied with the last three wigs I received.

Great service received.

I had such a great experience the 1st time I ordered from here. The second time around not as great but still good hard to get in touch with customer service but once you do it works out . Jack and lily both were my representative were very helpful and had my order shipped out and handled asap

The customer service team that assisted me with my issues were very understanding and helpful with the return of the unit.

I had a great experience with BeautyForever. Although there was a small issue with the wig I initially received, their customer service team was quick, professional, and very helpful in resolving it. They provided clear communication, a hassle-free return process, and truly made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate their support and will definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.
