We want to assure you that your order was promptly processed by our team. Your package was handed over to our logistics partner on 2nd Dec. At that point, the shipment entered the carrier's network for transportation and final delivery.
However, while the physical shipment is already in transit, the tracking information on the carrier's website has been updated in a timely manner.
