We’d like to kindly clarify that in many cases, the length difference you noticed is related to the curl pattern rather than an incorrect item being sent. For curly or wavy styles, the hair will appear shorter visually compared to straight hair of the same length due to shrinkage.

The correct way to measure curly hair is to gently stretch the hair straight and then measure from the top to the ends. When measured this way, the length should match the size ordered.

That said, we completely understand how this can be confusing, and we sincerely apologize if this was not clearly explained before purchase.

We have confirmed that the return package was delivered to our warehouse according to the tracking information. However, due to a recent sharp increase in order volume, our warehouse team was temporarily prioritized to handle packing and shipping for new orders, which unfortunately slowed down the processing of returns. In an effort to not further delay your refund, we initially offered to issue 50% of the refund in advance, with the remainder to be processed after inspecting the returned item.
