Ladies the wig I received from beauty forever was more than I expected and I'm more than pleased and I'm happy to say was my first purchase but definitely not my last I saw so many units here that I'm a lifelong customer especially if they hear with the other units be as soft as this unit that I got but I also like to speak about a young lady by the name of of Lily remarkable is the first word that comes the mind I was concerned cuz my first time ever getting awake from this company and again like I said above I am not disappointed nor was I disappointed with her professionalism and customer service cuz I would be lying if I said I wasn't concerned but all my fears was put the rest again thank you Lily Thank you you got a lifelong customer here 💃💯❤️🌹🍷

The unit purchased was a complete disaster
This unit was a complete disaster. I ordered the 24-inch version and received a thin, choppy mess with uneven lengths all over. The front looks like a cheap 12-inch bob while the back is randomly long, with an abrupt, awkward jump in length that looks ridiculous. Nothing about this unit resembles the website photos.
The only positive thing I can say is that the curl pattern was lovely — unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end. For the price, the quality is embarrassingly bad. Absolutely unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I tried styling the wig in an attempt to make it work, so I can no longer return it. To make matters worse, I left a review for this unit on the website and they refused to publish it. Apparently, if the review isn't favourable, they won't post it. That's purely dishonest and makes me question the credibility of the reviews they do choose to display.
Adding to the frustration, no one from the company or vendor has reached out to me to address these issues or offer any form of resolution. The lack of customer service only reinforces my disappointment with this purchase.

I ordered two wigs from Beautyforever and both have extreme shedding leaving hair everywhere and one is balding. It is definitely not worth it. I was denied a refund even after sending pictures explaining the problem. The scam text and emails from this company is awful as well. No matter how many times I block all the different numbers. Avoid this company!

Beauty Forever's use of GoFo Express
I have several purchases from Beauty Forever. I have been happy with their wigs, and I have recommended them to my friends because of the quality and service. My low rating isn't for the quality of Beauty Forever's wigs, but the non-response to this issue. I purchased a wig in September and the carrier was listed as GoFo Express. I did not get the wig on the scheduled delivery date, so I checked Beauty Forever’s site for delivery issues and reached out to GoFo. There was a lot of back and forth because my order was never delivered on the days, they said that it would be. In the end I had to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge, and I still never got the order. I email Beauty Forever and I never got a response which was very disappointing. Friends that I have recommended are having issues with orders coming from that same carrier. I love the wigs from Beauty Forever, but this carrier that they are using is terrible. I won’t give my hard-earned money to Beauty Forever only to have to fight with a carrier just to get the order that I paid for.

If you’re looking for hair that makes you cringe or jump because it’s like sandpaper on your skin Beauty Forever IS NOT THE HAIR FOR YOU. Let me tell you something about this hair first of all it’s buttery soft to the touch. Secondly I’m a V part wig girlie. I get compliments daily, and my coworkers are always amazed by the way I’m able to change my hair every day into another entirely different style. I have many Beauty Forever wigs some of these wigs I’ve had for three or more years ;real talk. I say this with the utmost confidence that Beauty Forever is a lifelong staple in my wardrobe. I am writing this review because I am honored to have found my go to , one stop shop hair company and Iam not ashamed to say that. I love you Beauty Forever you never cease to amaze me. The wig that I ordered looked nothing like the wig that is advertised. It was not full nor did it have the full body curls. I reached out to get the information to return the wig and was told that I could add a little mouse or curls it. I provided them with the pictures and returned it for a full refund. Customer Support was very helpful and communicated throughout my process.

The worst experience ever
This has been the worst experience ever. I purchased this hair on 4/30/26. When I purchased the hair, it was said that it will take 3-5 business days. I recieved an email stating the hair would take several weeks. I received this email a day after I made the purchase. I sent a number of emails requesting a refund back to my original payment method. I also requested a refund via their website. I keep getting emails about returns. How can I return something I never received. They also sent emails saying that I can order a different inch, and they will do overnight shipping for me. I replied to the email immediately, stating that they could change the inch to 20 and that I only wanted the order if they can guarantee I will receive the hair by 5/6/26. Still no reply. The crazy thing is, that they are still advertising the same hair I ordered on their website, that they are saying will take several weeks to arrive. However, not informing customers about the delay before they purchase. Dealing with this company has been a disaster. I’ve sent numerous emails about my issues. Still no REAL solution. I shouldn’t have to go through this. I shouldn’t have to spend more money, because of an issue on their end. The communication and customer service is horrible. The communication and customer service has been horrible. They keep making promises they aren’t able to keep. I don’t trust this company and will never order again. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beauty Forever.
After multiple failed delivery attempts by their courier, GoFo Express, I reached out to Beauty Forever for assistance. Nancy, one of their representatives, responded and apologized, offering me two options: either wait for the wig to be returned to them and resent, or receive a refund. I chose to receive a refund.
However, after selecting that option, the process became frustrating and confusing. I did not receive any clear follow-up regarding my refund. Instead, I began receiving emails instructing me to submit a return request online with photos of the wig.
I repeatedly explained that I could not complete a return or provide photos because I NEVER received the product in the first place. Despite this, I continued to be given the same instructions, which do not apply to my situation.
I also communicated with another representative, Larry, who incorrectly told me that my package had been delivered. When he provided a tracking number, it was linked to a completely different delivery in Virginia, which had nothing to do with my order.
At this point, I am stuck going back and forth between Beauty Forever and their courier with no resolution. I never refused the product—I simply never received it. I even offered to pick up the package myself, but was told that was not an option.
This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. There appears to be a lack of communication, accountability, and proper customer support. Customers should not have to go through this much just to receive their order or get a refund.

The quality of the wigs I've bought are very good. The Put on and Go, is true to it's words; it's glueless as advertised.
