I gave Beauty and the boutique 5 * because honestly I have never dealt with such a lovely company. I have so much make up from brands I just took a gamble on but after watching their tutorials for weeks I took a gamble that paid off this time. I ordered a mascara Doey eyes which gave me eye lashes I have honestly never been able to see in the past, then I got the eyeliner that's double ended, copied the tutorial on how to do smokey eyes and Bingo it worked lol. Then I bought the Doll10 foundation which is amazing and covers everything. I emailed them with a concern over my make up pilling and they replied with a lovely email explaining what I already thought I was doing wrong and now that's fixed. I have just ordered 2 lipsticks and a serum and cant wait to try them. Their service is so personal an interactive, they make you feel like you are their only customer. The emails they send honestly brighten your day. Im not going anywhere else again with the service, advice and products they offer. Truly a happy customer

What a brilliant company
What a brilliant company, It’s my go to for makeup. The tutorials are brilliant and products high quality. Most of the make up I use if from them. Their Doe eye mascara is the best, I just wish they would bring out a dark brown version! It’s easy to get advice via messenger. Customer service is phenomenal, on the two occasions I’ve had an issue, they have gone above and beyond to sort it Other companies should follow their lead.

Beauty and the Boutique - my 'go to' for all skin care and makeup
I'm happy to share my many experiences of buying from Beauty and the Boutique, as I absolutely love this small company that offers the very best customer service. I have been buying from them for several years now and the products they sell are as good as the reviews they give about them. I love that Kate provides tips on the products used, which is really helpful. Delivery is always prompt and items are packaged with care, along with a little sweetie treat - which is a lovely touch.
I recently bought two Eye of Horus Eyeliners - one in brown and one in bronze - which are lovely, soft eye liners that are so easy to use. Unfortunately though my existing sharpeners weren't the right size so my lovely eye liners were either not being sharpened or were getting broken, so I wrote for advice as to the best sharpener. I couldn't believe that rather than simply advise me, they actually sent me one they sell - which is absolutely brilliant at keeping my eyeliners in perfect condition. I was so pleased by this unexpected, kind gesture - it really made my day!!! And makes me feel my custom is truly appreciated.
I pass the word to everyone who will listen, because the numerous products I have purchased, recommended by Kate, have always been the best I have used and I now have a makeup bag of cosmetics that I'm actually happy with. Most recently, in the run up to Mother's day, I dropped lots of 'hints' about the Doe Eye mascara - which my son and his partner bought for me, which delighted me! And I can report that it's every bit as good as the reviews !! I also love the Cosmic Glow Radiance Booster - which is just magical - I've never had so many compliments !

Please, try this you will not regret it
Ok I don't actually know where to start here. So I suffer from rosecea pretty badly. Chin, cheeks and nose and it's very red, bumpy and flaky and very noticeable. Nothing covers it and I have tried a lot. Makeup is so expensive for the apparent "good" makeup and I just don't have the money. When I saw this make up, I thought well it's too affordable to be any good but I was bordering on desperation. When I tell you it's changed my life, I'm not saying that to be glib. Beauty and the Boutique makeup has been a complete game changer. Firstly the mascara, which I always manage to get on my eyelid and under eye.... Nope not this one, it was seriously perfection lengthening and didn't get all over the place. Then the translucent powder and under eye perfection..... Omg. The cover and flawlessness from these are mind-blowing. I even used it on my bumps and, fully covered. On top of this, they were beyond amazing with colour match and helped out when I got it wrong..... No company does this for their customers, NONE!! I will 100% never shop my makeup from anywhere else. The coverage, the way it works for older skin and the sheer customer care and service is enough to win over the toughest of critics. Do yourself a favour and try it, it's affordable and the company has actual ethics and care about their customers. To the owner and everyone that works at Beauty and the Boutique, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you've made a huge difference to me and how I feel daily ❤️

Great Company - flakey mascara
I can’t fault the company as the customer service, delivery and tutorials are great and deserve the 5 stars. My problem is with the Doe Eyes mascara. I bought two of these last year and I can honestly say it’s the worst mascara I’ve ever used, it looks lovely as soon as I applied it but within an hour or so my eyes are a flakey mess! I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong with it but at the end of the day there is virtually none left on my eyelashes and it’s just bits everywhere. I’m really disappointed as it has a high end price. I’m going back to my 4d silk fibre lash mascara for a fiver!

Rested & Youthful and Goddess eyeliner
I bought Rested and Youthful, and the Goddess Eyeliner in brown. Both products are truly amazing, the eyeliner is the most beautiful colour. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop me getting panda eyes but please don’t let that put you off as I do have very hooded eyes and I haven’t really found anything that stays put. I emailed their customer services and they gave me a full refund without any problems. As I said, both products are amazing and so is the customer service.

I purchased Love Katie Rested and…
I purchased Love Katie Rested and Youthful, The Delilah concealer, Blinc and Lord and Berry mascaras and they are all fantastic products. Everything arrived super speedily, packaged beautifully with a handy leaflet. I've paid triple previously for under eye products which have been frankly useless on my 48 year old peepers but OMG thank you so much for making this product!! It is A.Mazing! I discovered Katie and her online beauty shop during Covid. I love that she understands the needs of "mature" skin, and I'm thrilled to see her new in-house line of "Love, Katie" products. The concealer is the best I've ever used and the smokey liner is my new favorite addition to my beauty routine!

Sparkling gem of a company!
Have to give a huge shout out to this brilliant company!! Not only is their make up some of the best I’ve ever used - an achievement in such a competitive market - their customer service is amazingly good! Having missed one of their valuable discounts - entirely my own fault - I contacted them retrospectively and it’s all sorted within minutes and in such a friendly way 🤗. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.
