I never leave reviews usually but felt I needed to today. I have purchased so much rubbish off the Internet where I've been duped by fancy "fake" ads so I naturally hesitated before purchasing two lip glosses and eye make up.
The items arrived today, 4 days after ordering and, oh my goodness, they're all fabulous. Beautiful colours, glide on easily, absolutely perfect. A lovely little bonus was the gorgeous packaging and love heart sweets, not necessary but a very kind extra.
Will definitely be ordering more items.

I have small eyes and this mascara did not disappoint. It worked brilliantly and made my eyes look great. I am quite self conscious and this mascara helped to give me confidence. I am so impressed with this mascara that I only use this mascara now. I also use the Cosmic Glow and this is also a beautiful product. It gives a beautiful glow to my skin and I highly recommend this item also. I also can recommend the Rested and youthful under eye perfector. It has been great at hiding my dark circles and imperfections. Overall all the products I have used from Beauty and the Boutique have been AMAZING. I also love the customer services and the way they actually care and take time to respond to you. Brilliant company and will continue to be a Big Fan and buy my favourites from Katie and the team. Love the video tutorials too, so helpful and make women like me not feel so alone with ageing and still wanting to look nice and feel good about ourselves. 100% 💯 satisfied customer and big fan of this website /company. Where do I even begin? Some companies simply sell products, while others create an experience, build trust and make you feel genuinely valued. This company is something truly special, and I cannot sing their praises highly enough!
From their wonderful, informative and honest makeup tutorials to their exceptional customer service, everything they do feels like it comes from a place of genuine passion and care. Their advice is refreshingly honest, their knowledge is incredible, and their recommendations have introduced me to products I would never have thought to try — many of which I now genuinely cannot live without!
And the products? Oh my goodness! Imagine the indulgence of a luxurious spa experience, beautiful textures, gorgeous formulations and that wonderful feeling of treating yourself to something special, but without the eye-watering luxury price tag. Best of all, they actually work! It is such a pleasure to discover products that not only feel beautiful but deliver on their promises.
I live on the other side of the world, and I have purchased from this company more times than I care to admit! They have become my absolute go-to for beauty and skincare. Of course, when ordering internationally, the occasional hiccup can happen, but what truly sets this company apart is how they handle those moments. I have loved everything I have ordered from Beauty and the Boutique. The products are wonderful, the shipping is very quick, especially for international deliveries, and the customer service is absolutely the best! I made a silly mistake when placing a recent order, and not only did they respond to my issue incredibly quickly, but they had it corrected almost immediately and even sent an extra little happy in the box :-) The customer service team was a delight to deal which was a real encouragement since I made the mistake! I truly appreciate this small business; I also enjoy the time and effort their founder, Katie, brings to customers in her videos as well. I ordered an under eye concelor and sadly it was'nt working for me.i messaged the team just to let them know and they have been nothing but fantastic! The Team offered me a refund, and because i have finished my chemo following my Breast Cancer diagnosis they issued me with a gift card to treat myself.what a lovely kind thing to do. Beauty and the boutique is, by very far, THE best online store there is. And I'm a regular online shopper with a specific affinity for cosmetics. They have consistently been kind, professional, quick to answer questions and very meticulous with the wonderful packing of the orders. I've been ordering from them since 2014 and have tested a large portion of the products they sell in those 12 years. Never disappointed, often over the moon with how awesome the products are, and recently Katie has developped her own range of cosmetics which I've tried : they are fantastic and I love them !! Over the years, the BnB team has been so generous and sent me gifts and extras, as well as a beautiful bouquet of flowers, to thank me for being a long-time customer. No one else does this. They are exceptional and I sing their praise to whoever will listen. I live in France and have never had an issue receiving a parcel from them. Also, they have a permanent 20 percent discount when you buy 3 items which is totally worth it !
I could go on.. I love Beauty and the Boutique dearly and I thank them for having provided me with some gentleness, politeness and wonderful products. It's really a pleasure, especially when life is as challenging as it is now (health).

WOW! Doe Eyes, Smokey Liner in Dark Chocolate, Absolute Haute Nude lipstick and Ultra Glow setting mist (my second purchase of this mist) - ALL lovely products! Doe Eyes is like no other mascara I've ever had and I've had MANY; high-end, mid-range and this is by far the best! Additionally, it arrived with a tastefully designed, environmentally friendly card on how to use and keep your mascara plus QR code to a helpful tutorial - NOTHING is missed by this company! This mascara feels so soft when you apply it, it goes on so smoothly and you need very few strokes of the brush to lift and lengthen - it’s AMAZING plus it LASTS! Smokey Liner in Dark Chocolate is LUSH and works so well with my dark brown eyes PLUS super-easy and quick to apply. Haute Nude lipstick - again, it's exactly as Katie states. The Ultra Glow setting mist - it sets AND gives the skin a lovely colour plus it feels fantastic! Before I discovered BatB, I was in a sort of 'make-up wilderness' using a whole host of products that really didn't do that much for me; I've never been one to spend a lot of time on my make up either however, now I actually enjoy doing my make-up and, thanks to Katie and her tutorials, not only do I have a selection of excellent products - that suit me - I can do my face in 10/15 mins! I’m so glad I found this site and have purchased several products after getting some free advice on which would be the best shades for me. All items I have bought have been top quality and actually worked to make me look beautiful . The tutorials are so useful and the products arrived individually wrapped so it feels like my birthday every time I receive these gifts to myself :)

Great apart from mascara
I bought 3 products and I mostly liked the results. The Smokey liner in dark chocolate and the Rested and youthful under eye perfector are excellent. Unfortunately, I found the Doe-eyes Eye opening mascara impossible to wear for more than a couple of hours. It looked great but by midday my eyes started feeling itchy and I ended up having to wipe it off to stop the tears. It happened on 3 different days so I have now stopped using it. It’s a shame because I did like the look of it.

Although we’re delighted you loved how your lashes looked, your comfort is far more important to us, and we completely understand why you stopped using it after experiencing the same reaction several times.
We’ve issued you a full refund for your Doe Eyes mascara straight away, so there’s nothing further you need to do.

I am absolutely delighted with both products .. the videos available to show how to apply the make up are so good too !! Just incredible product from beauty and the boutique own brand. I’ve spent a lot of money on expensive makeup without them really achieving what is promised. But with these products they do absolutely everything they are meant to, I feel like my makeup is completely transformed and totally reliable making me feel much more confident about my appearance.

Best makeup ever!!!!
Finally, a product that works! I’m nearly 50 and have tried so many products advertised on Facebook claiming to hide dark under eyes naturally without caking or sitting in the creases. I watched the make-up tutorial for “Rested and Youthful Under Eye Perfecter” and questioned was it too good to be true… but again ordered with fingers crossed… and I am sooo glad I did. This product is like a magic eraser and you don’t need much either. I also have the Doe eyes mascara which makes my lashes so long without clumping. I will only buy concealer and mascara from Beauty and the Boutique from now on !
