Researched, looked, researched again!

Great website, easy to use. There were great reviews through Forbes which made me check the mattresses out here. Found good reviews also. I am looking forward to experiencing less pain when I sleep.

Found this company researching mattresses about 10 years ago, made a great decision purchasing from them. Simple experience and the durability and sleep ability has spoken for itself. It's almost time to get a new one! I also have their sheets and pillows, reordering sheets now. Nothing better than a gray night sleep!!

I appreciated that my cart never expired and that I was able to use ID.me easily through the website, as well as the use of Shop for updates on the shipping process. Unfortunately I’m 5 days out from ordering and haven’t gotten any updates, all anything says is “processing”, but the original quote was 5-7 days from ordering to shipping.

While I have not received my bed yet, ordering was fairly easy. Utilizing Truemed through checkout gave me the opportunity to seamlessly use my HSA funds. Navigating health purchases can sometimes be a hassle, but this system made it incredibly straightforward to get the specific mattress and cooling accessories I need for my health. Great experience so far, and I am excited for delivery day.

It was easy to browse the mattress options and pick the type I wanted for my arthritic joints.

I've purchased the original bear matress over 10 years ago...its still great...we plan tk use that one jn our guest room. We upgraded and got the hybrid ultra...AND bear offers 40%off for first responders! We love the product and even better we love company I es who love first responders, teachers and military!

Everything was fine until I realized that Ryder will remove my old mattress away but not the box spring. What kind of foolishness is that? So I called to cancel the Bear Foundation that I ordered since I have no way to get rid of my current box spring, and they said they had to cancel the entire order for the mattress and foundation. After a week, that order is still showing as "preparing for shipment." In the mean time, I had reordered just the mattress. I have no idea what's going to happen now. Your systems are a bit of a mess, and your policy to remove the mattress but not the box spring is costing you sales of your bear foundation. And it's resulting in customer dissatisfaction and added work on your customer support staff.

So far the communication has been good . Everything is going as planned . My mattress is being shipped to the carrier. I will let you know more after my delivery, set up and take all the remains are done .

So far, my experience with Bear has been fantastic! I narrowed down my search based on my needs (shared mattress with different sleep positions and preferences) and decided on the Elite. I cannot wait until it arrives! Please let this be the mattress that changes my life!! 😆

We have bought Bear Mattress previously for different homes. We have been very pleased. Not sure if you still include Sheets! Love them!!

I would love to write a review about a new mattress but alas I do not have one. Ordered my mattress on May 22 along with White Glove delivery and set up. Received several messages about construction etc etc. The I received a message stating good news you mattress will arrive June 8. So my husband and I moved any furniture in the potential path, stripped the old bed and generally made room for the delivery. Nothing came by late afternoon so I tried to reach the company, getting a person was next to impossible. Tried the phone chat bot, tried the online chat neither could connect me to a person or answer my question. Emailed and left voicemail-no response meanwhile it’s getting late and I had to put the bedroom back together. Finally late on June 8 someone responded to an email explaining that the June 8 delivery was to Ryder who does their “white glove delivery service” No one had explained this process in any of the multiple emails sent to me between May 22 and June 8. Because I was less than happy they refunded half of the 200.00 paid for the delivery service. On that same day they said Ryder would contact me in 3-5 days. Here it is June 16 and not a word. I called the company and had to argue with a chat bot to get a human. The less than exuberant service person reported that Ryder had disputed that they were in possession of the mattress and then came back and confirmed they were in possession of it. Here I sit on June 16 with no mattress but you better believe Bear has my money and has had it for almost a month. I’m no where near happy.

The online website was easy to use and figure out. I also appreciate them looking out for veterans.
