Great Customer Service
It was easy to select the choices for the bear hugs box, however there was an issue with the personal message option. I contacted them about this and Faye responded within a couple of minutes and sorted the issue out. Brilliant customer service and such a lovely product at reasonable prices. I would definitely buy another bear hugs box again.

I have been using this company for many years.
I have been using this company for surprise gifts for years and have had nothing but outstanding service. Friends who have suffered bereavements, have been going through hard times or have been celebrating achievements have all really loved receiving Bear Hugs, and the customer service is brilliant.

Box full of hugs…
Was lucky enough to receive a bearhug gift myself a while ago and decided it would be the perfect gift for a friend who was in need of a hug. I loved being able to select which products I wanted to put in a box and the lovely extra touches available. Didn't have any issues with the ordering process and the box was delivered to the recipient without any issues. She was really really pleased with the gift and I would be happy to order again from this wonderful company.
