Quick service before Christmas
Quick service before Christmas. Delivery was within 24 hours.
They also called me to have the bracelet on my Speedmaster to be adjusted ready to be worn in arrival.
Overall very good customer service and great products.

Ordered on line paid on line
Ordered on line paid on line. Next day delivery for birthday gift. Nothing arrived. Rang the Cheltenham branch to be told the item was out of stock. Sadly lack of communication on Beards part.

Beards Jeweller thoroughly recommended.
An excellent transaction from start to finish. All staff spoken to on the phone or in person were very helpful. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and the final handover of the watch included how to operate the crown and change the time and date. All paperwork including the guarantee was completed and explained. An excellent buying experience was provided and I would recommend Beards to anyone buying a watch.

Great service
Great service. We ordered online during lockdown. We were contacted as the order came in just before the weekend and they were unable to deliver the day after (we were not expecting that anyway). I arranged to pick the purchase up via their click and collect. Super slick communication and service. Would recommend!

Excellent Customer Service: above and beyond
Excellent Customer Service - would highly recommend and use again.
I ordered the last of a necklace online, but was sadly informed the next day by Beards that it was actually out of stock. However, Sophie (Head of Jewellery) went the extra mile to ensure her help. Sophie went straight to the manufacturer to track down any remaining stock, found the last one and had it specially delivered to Beards and then recorded delivered to me - all in time for me to gift it as a special present. What impressed me most was how much this company genuinely cared. Also, the care and effort Sophie took to keep me personally informed at each stage of the process. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you.
