We love to help people make better coffee no matter what their tastes are, we know everyone likes their drink differently so we’ve made it our mission to roast the best coffee possible that’s bursting with flavour whichever way you brew it! We've been around since 2008 and roasting our own coffee in our Liverpool Roastery since 2015. You might have visited us in one of our coffee shops across the North West or we may be coming to a high street near you soon. We roast a range of speciality coffee that’s available on our online store, including many single origins and our signature Bean Blend – a number of which have won Great Taste Awards that we’re really proud of. Our passion for coffee comes from our love for the way it’s made, the people who grow it and the incredible pride and care they take when nurturing every single coffee plant and preparing each bean in harmony with the natural environment they all thrive in. From visits to coffee farms across the globe and the close relationships we hold dearly with farmers and trusted import partners, we have embraced our responsibility to help make the coffee industry better, starting by knowing exactly where our beans come from, who is growing them and who’s handling it between the farm and us. Understanding this chain is the key to ensuring a sustainable future for coffee growing communities and the ability to continually improve quality of coffee and quality of life. Closer to home we do our best to build meaningful partnerships that support our local community, and have been working with Alder Hey Children’s Hospital with our limited edition single origin beans hoping to raise tens of thousands of pounds to support the incredible work they do. Delicious coffee.
10 day's and still no coffee.
I was out when APC attempted delivery then they sent it back to the shop
I have contacted the shop who assured me they would send my coffee out again and I'm still waiting.
Update 10/2/23
My coffee arrived today with 3 250g bags of coffee extra as an apology

Pleasantly Surprised
I purchased the Beancoffee Pods, they have a great flavour and I really like them. Personally for the 1st cup of the day I use 2 Pods as I like a stronger coffee and find this perfect for me. I'd like to see a selection of Pods to choose from, but the one on offer suits me for now. Good price and super speedy delivery too.

I visit the Bean cafe in 20 Chapel Street. The staff are always really friendly and the coffee/tea and food is really nice there.

Just had a Latte from Bean near the…
Just had a Latte from Bean near the Liver building , having bought a Latte from Costa earlier in the day there is absolutely no comparison between the two. The Latte from Bean was beautifully smooth and creamy all the way down the last drop and the roast was sublime. The Costa equivalent was like a slightly bitter flat white with a bit of foam on the top and more expensive. I don’t normally write reviews but felt inspired to write this one.

Perfect Xmas gift
Arrived quickly and my son was very pleased with his Xmas present. He has made some lovely cups of coffee. You can taste the difference, coffee full of flavour.

Christmas order failed to arrive
I waited and waited and waited. The AeroPress was ordered 2 weeks before Christmas to arrive in good time. It was a present! I quickly received an email to say that it had been shipped and would arrive soon.
Christmas has been and gone and STILL NO Aeropress! I am gutted.

We are again really sorry that you've had this experience with our courier.
We use the courier that we do, as from our experience they are usually more reliable than the 'usual' couriers, so this is very unlike them.
We are glad you have brought this to our attention, and we have been able to flag this with the courier company – and to make sure this doesn’t happen again for yourself or any other customers.
I have been able to fully refund your order, as we spoke about the other day.

Great customer service and communication
Ordered coffee pods and there was a small delay with getting them to me. Communication about the delay was good and they gave extra to compensate which was a lovely surprise.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service! I’ve order a coffee grinder and some coffee beans. The Bean Coffee Roasters team stayed in touch with me through the delivery, as the grinder was sent separately from the manufacturer to cut down on the excessive packaging. The beans arrived slightly later due to reasons outside of the team’s control (Christmas delivery season), however, they still sent me extra coffee beans to make my experience with them great. Thank you so much and ordering again when I go through all of the beans I got so far.
