The plugins are a bit wonky but good overall
The plugins are a bit wonky but they are getting better, support is a bit slow but they alway fix whatever is wrong. Its a good plugin suite.

Effective. Efficient. Supper Support Service.
The plugin is very well effective and efficient with wonderful and amazing Elementor elements that perfectly replaces or gives you a better alternative of not thinking to buy or pay for Elementor pro.
Support is surprisingly amazing, although, sometimes due to time difference I don't get to interface with them in real-time with their live chat. But, they follow up promptly with email.

After searching the dashboard for subscriptions, I realized there's no way to edit subscriptions or cancel products. I reached out to tech support days ago and haven't had any response, so I guess I’ll have to dispute the renewal with my card company when it happens again. I wish People would be more up front with how they do business.

Bd Themes offer great support for their products. I have purchased the Elements Pack Pro plugin (which is one of the best Elementor addons around).
I had an issue relating to adding a license to a domain and they were able to sort out the issue straight away.
