Very disappointing experience.
We purchased a new Booknetic FS Code license in good faith to continue using our existing Booknetic installation and add-ons that had previously been purchased separately through BOOStore.
After upgrading, the add-ons were no longer recognized. Over several weeks, we opened multiple support tickets, provided WordPress access, receipts, PayPal payment confirmations, screenshots, license information, and all requested documentation.
The final response was that the old CodeCanyon license and the new FS Code license are considered separate systems, and previously purchased add-ons cannot be transferred. The only solutions offered were to purchase the add-ons again or move to a subscription plan.
We requested a refund, but this was declined on the basis that the issue was considered a licensing limitation rather than a technical problem.
While support was generally polite, the process involved repeated requests for information that had already been provided, long delays, and ultimately no practical resolution. We purchased a license expecting continuity with our existing setup, but ended up with software that could not be be used as intended without additional costs.
Unfortunately, this was not the level of customer service, transparency, or customer-focused problem solving we expected.

Booknetic isn't perfect, but I still think it's the best choice out there.
It's June 11, 2026 and I see Booknetic is sitting at a 3.6 rating. I think that's a bit misleading. Let's get straight to the point, it's not perfect, plugins can get expensive and I wish they offered them at a more affordable price. If we're giving a real review, let's be honest. I'm US based and I'm assuming the Booknetic team is somewhere in Europe. Sometimes support tickets take 12 hours or more for response, if something is broken, this isn't ideal.
But I will say this. I have had the SAME experience with 2 other booking plugins and even those that require a $150-300 yearly subscription. This is like EVERY SINGLE year. Booknetics is a lifetime buy and it just works.
I'm a photographer that also has a physical studio that I rent out. It gives my clients the opportunity to either book me for my time, or book the studio for their own use with another photographer or photographers needing a space.
What I like about Booknetics is the amount of customization that is allowed, how it intergrates with Stripe and my Google Calendar so I don't double book. We own a small creative agency and I currently manage about 12 different websites with a FANTASTIC hosting company. And yes still, I'll have some downtimes with them. You will with everyone.
I would recommend you do the math and see what the features are that you're looking for in the booking plugin you're thinking about. If you do all that I think Booknetic will be a great choice for you.
For Booknetic:
- Please continue the development of the plugin, I personally love it.
- For those with mission critical things, it would be nice to see different tiers of support, even if paid is required.

I strongly warn against using Booknetic for live WooCommerce booking systems
Update:
I originally left a very negative review because we had a serious issue on a live production website where Booknetic accepted overlapping paid appointments through the WooCommerce checkout/payment flow.
After a long support process, Booknetic eventually confirmed that the issue was related to the WooCommerce payment/order confirmation flow and released Booknetic Core 1.1.6, which they confirmed includes the official improvement for this issue.
The update is intended to prevent appointment confirmations when the selected slot is no longer available due to overlapping appointments, buffer time conflicts, or pending/reserved slot conflicts during the WooCommerce payment process.
I appreciate that the issue was finally taken seriously and that an official update has now been provided. That said, the support process took too long for a business-critical live booking system, and the communication could have been more direct and coordinated earlier.
Overall, I am updating my review because Booknetic did address the issue. I would still recommend careful testing, full backups and close monitoring when using it with WooCommerce payments in a business-critical setup.

I strongly warn against using Booknetic for business-critical WooCommerce booking systems.
We opened an urgent support ticket 19 days ago because Booknetic accepted overlapping paid appointments for the same staff/resource multiple times on a live production website. This is not a test website. It involves real customers, real payments and a real business where double bookings create serious operational problems.
The same spa room was booked by two customers for overlapping time periods. We provided detailed explanations, appointment IDs, WooCommerce order IDs, screenshots, calendar screenshots, Google Drive documentation and even WordPress admin access.
The support experience has been extremely poor. At first, we mostly received generic configuration checklists instead of concrete technical investigation. Then we were asked for information we had already provided. Later, after they logged into the website, they again asked for data that was no longer fully available because the client had already been forced to move/cancel one of the overlapping appointments in the live business. This happened because the support response came far too late.
We also documented a new active overlap case with WooCommerce order screenshots and Booknetic screenshots, but the support ticket has now been unread for 4 days again.
For a live booking system, this level of support is completely unacceptable. The plugin issue itself is already serious, but the slow, generic and uncoordinated support made the situation much worse.
Based on our experience, I do not recommend Booknetic for any business-critical booking setup with WooCommerce payments. If double bookings can cause real customer conflicts or financial damage in your business, I would strongly recommend choosing another solution.

I am a bit of a technophobe! I admit it, and if it wasn't for the great team behind Booknetic I would have given up ages ago. I am hoping that once I get the Paypal Business integration sorted out then I can just leave it to run and I don't think it will be changed. Which is just what we want. thank you

I’ve been extremely happy with Booknetic. I use it as the core booking system on a client website and it’s proven to be powerful, flexible, and very reliable.
From a setup point of view, the plugin makes it easy to build a clear booking flow with services, staff members, availability rules, and automated notifications. The add-on plugins integrate smoothly and make the overall system feel complete rather than bolted together. My client finds the booking process simple to use, which is ultimately what matters most.
One thing I really appreciate is how adaptable Booknetic is. I’ve connected it with external services (including SMS notifications via Twilio) and configured it to work alongside other WordPress plugins without conflict. It’s clearly been built with real-world use cases in mind, not just demos.

Booknetic SaaS 🤷
Booknetic SaaS is an excellent service, if (and only if) you never run into any issues.
I wanted to build a website where each of my team members could have their own robust appointment management system. To ensure maximum stability and avoid incompatibilities, I decided to install the plugin on a separate WordPress subdomain. This approach actually worked for a whole year—until the first problem cropped up after an update. From there... it was a disaster!
Unless you’re willing to pay exorbitant fees just for a single support request (there is no subscription-based support; you have to pay the full price of the plugin again to get 6 months of help), there is simply no way to get assistance.
The Discord channel is only useful for announcing their wonderful new update (which probably won’t work), reading complaints from other users who have been waiting for help for months (I repeat: months), or seeing self-promoting IT engineers.
The core problem is that this company is focused on profit, not user satisfaction, and you will be left completely on your own. Given this, it’s impossible to rely on their tool if you plan on growing or trying to build anything substantial.
There are warning signs even on their website: testimonial sites are often offline or have poor performance, and you can only contact them for pre-sales inquiries, not technical support.
Other logistical choices are baffling to me: for instance, they force you to provide a physical location for a service, even if all your appointments are strictly online. Also, despite having your own main calendar, you are still forced to list yourself as a staff member. This confuses users. Even though I developed extensive documentation with articles and videos on how to set up the calendar, over 80% of users give up on their booking system because it’s "too difficult to set up."
To conclude, this is not a hot-headed review driven by anger or despair. It's a statement of fact. As long as everything works, Booknetic SaaS is fantastic. But the moment you encounter the first snag, it may be completely unfixable because nobody will help you!
Bad Experience
The overall design of Booknetics looked promising, but the platform quickly showed glitches, limited customization, and locked features that made it difficult to use. I experienced issues right from the start and requested a refund within their 30-day window. Instead of resolving the matter quickly, customer support pushed endless troubleshooting steps that I didn’t have time for. When I followed up for a refund, they refused, claiming I was just a few days past the window—even though I had reported problems from the beginning. It’s clear they care more about keeping your money than helping their customers. I do not recommend Booknetics.

I purchased the Elite version of Booknetics, I did have some minor issues, that were fixed by Tahir. Booknetics is very adaptable and easy to navigate and you get a lot for your money. I would definitely purchase again for my next booking website.
Useful, but needs polish
so i started using booknetic a little while back for my fitness sessions and honestly it’s been real handy. Before it was all texts and notes and trying to keep track of who booked what. now i just send booking link and they pick their time the system reminds them automatically so i don’t have to do all that follow up anymore. Setting it up took me a weekend to figure out but once it’s done it kinda just runs itself payments go through fine and my schedule stays clean it’s simple no fancy fluff but it does what it should and it saves me a ton of time, 8/10
Working with this plugin has been a daily nightmare
I’m writing this review as someone who actually works with Booknetic every single day. When our company first started using it, it looked like a great system clean, modern, and promising. But that image didn’t last long.
Over the past couple of months, things have completely fallen apart. The booking form stopped working correctly, customers kept getting error messages, and the system became painfully slow. Some days it takes minutes just to open the calendar, and deleting or editing an appointment can crash the entire dashboard.
As staff, it’s frustrating beyond words. Every error means another angry customer, another refund, another day of explaining something that isn’t our fault. We spend hours trying to make things work that should be simple.
The support team makes everything worse. You wait days for an answer, and when they finally respond, it’s with generic replies that don’t solve anything. You can’t rely on them in urgent situations you’re completely on your own.
I’ve worked with many systems, but this one has caused the most stress. It’s not stable, not reliable, and absolutely not worth the money. If your business depends on bookings, think twice before trusting this plugin it will only waste your time and damage your reputation.

This is just not going to work for a business like mine, where customers book appointments for me to come to their homes. It is limited in this area, and the recurring bookings on the customer front end are just way too confusing. Also, missing a bi-weekly option.
It's been a long time, and I still haven't heard from support!

Ignore their reply below. I contacted them through the appropriate support link. They assumed I wouldn’t reply back and that they could post a generic message saying they couldn’t find my support ticket. They finally responded. Support also refused to refund my money as well!
