I like your quick response, I was just concerned about my second order. The Mowalola NewBalance 9060 that I ordered on December 10th . The Bodega NewBalance came already.
I’m having a hard time giving even 1 star. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order at the beginning of December and still have no clue if it’s coming before Christmas. I wrote 2 emails already and have yet to get a response of where my package is. Iam about to cancel my order this morning. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

Wish I read reviews earlier but have ordered before a year ago and it was not like this. Over 15+ days to get an order is ridiculous. I was also ready the response from bodega saying they advertise 1-10 fulfillment and I just did a re-test and do not see a grainy advertising it would take this long. How sad that 1 star makes up to 80% of the reviews. As a business does this not tell you something? I work in retail and not sure what your doing in 10 days that you can’t fulfill an order? Small businesses are a dying bread and if your not listening to the people supporting you then you will go out of business it’s a fact!

The worst, stay away. I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/27/22. On 12/8/22, they created a label. On 12/9/22, the tracking showed that they finally gave something to UPS. That’s 12 days after I placed the order.
On 12/12/22 until 12/14/22, the tracking has not updated. So I sent them an email to which they reply that I should be patient and allow UPS to update. Finally on 12/16/22, UPS tracking states there is a problem with the order and the sender should file a claim. I email Bodega on 12/17/22 to ask for a refund to which they reply that an investigation will take 8-12 days, then they will start a refund process. And who knows how long that takes. Then the UPS tracking shows that the package was refused and is returned to sender — this is a complete lie. Something illegal might be going on.

Same thing as a lot of other reviews. My wife ordered a pair of shoes, 10 days later they were shipped, for some reason the shipment sat at the UPS hub here in the Bay Area for several days until we notified Bodega. Then the shipment was rerouted back to Bodega in LA.
No reason for any of this, and it’s so strange because this has never happened with any other company we order from, and we order quite a bit of things online. Steer clear and save your time, purchase elsewhere and make your life easier. The people managing this place have absolutely no idea how to run a retail concept, and you can see this from the replies they write in these reviews.

Thirsty for money ass company, never order from them again! I’m a sneaker fanatic, I’ve ordered from many many companies and I’ve never seen a company have a final sale, no refund or even a no exchange policy on a new release sneaker especially Jordan 11’s as if it would be hard to sell the shoe and what kind of company literally stretches out their fulfillment time to 10 days before they ship out the product. I will be sure to put the word out throughout Chicago to all my friends/sneakerheads to stay away from this company!

Two Orders, Two Cancellations. The first one is due to internal errors, the second one is without a reason and even after the 10 days of fulfilment that they offer...Strangely enough, it was in the same type of product, same brand and a with a discount code I used. The only product they shipped was the one without a discount or code applied. I would not buy from them ever again and not recommended.
I had a question on the status of my order. Alex answered it within 2 minutes of me sending the email out with a very detailed response. He also followed up to ensure all my questions and concerns were taken care of. Thank you!

Liars. Scam. ****** company.
They lied to me and told me UPS was in possession of my order.
They snarky reply "cancelled as per my request" was after waiting 20 days and I told them stop BSing me and cancel my order. Don't let their asinine responses fool you. They never sent my package and were just going to have me wait until I asked for the order to be canceled. The fact they blamed UPS should tell you just what kind of company they are. Still waiting on my cancelation email....that will probably take 20 days as well.
Already contacted my bank.

I placed an order on November 24th. It is now three weeks later and UPS says label was created but they are still waiting on the package. This is far outside their suggested guidelines. Just getting automated emails. First order from Bodega. Should have read these review first. Smh

"Rest assured your package is coming" unbelievable. Contacted UPS and they haven't received anything and even had some scathing comments about Bodega as well.
If we can't site our fulfillment guidelines....blame UPS. Nice.

So after telling me UPS didn't scan it and it was on its way, they even went as far as sending me a bogus email showing it was being delivered today. I sent an email stating this is ridiculous and they should just cut the BS and refund me..WHICH THEY PROMPTLY SAID MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND I'LL BE FUNDED.....as per my request? You had 20 days to ship an item and instead of admiting they never sent it.
Guess UPS wasn't to blame, just your ****** company. Mind you this is 20 days after I purchased my item.
They lie to you. Enforce some bogus timeline then won't admit fault.
I'm sure if UPS had it they wouldn't haven't been so quick to refund me.

So after everything about them saying I was refunded I asked for a refund confirmation and they sent me the UPS tracking info. Then had to push more and order was cancelled.
Worst online shopping experience I've had.
