Ordered a couple of bodega collab items and sat on 'order placed' for over two weeks. Had to send emails to know the status of the orders and received email templates stating they are dealing with large number of orders, staffing challenges and carrier delays. Carrier delay is not believable when orders simply cannot be fulfilled. Also saying fulfillment can take 21 days, which is wild.
They are running all these promos so it is clear that their focus is mainly for orders to come in but not get the orders out. Not sure what is going on with their operations, but it is worrisome.
It is difficult to write this type of review since ive been a long time fan of their collaborations. I hope they take past reviews here and mine as constructive criticism and tighten up the ship. In the meantime, buyers be aware of lengthy fulfillment times.
Two separate orders were canceled without ever sending out notification emails of the occurrence. In addition, contact with customer service was unhelpful as they insisted that I either provided erroneous or suspicious information when I provided my shipping and payment details.

I have purchased shoes from this site before. My last purchase being in 2021. I ordered my shoes in 2021, got a shipping fulfillment email the next day and my shoes arrived the next week.
IN 2023 THEY AE OUT HERE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY. I ordered shoes on February 20th. It was March 7th when I realized I have not heard back from this company with any shipping or tracking number. It wasn't until I emailed asking for an update that they gave me a generic "orders will take 7-10 business days to fulfill order". I had one more day to wait. I waited the day, and finally received a UPS tracking number and my package was supposed to be delivered Saturday March 11. I just received an email that my package is rescheduled for Tuesday.
Due to the lack of communication and care, I truly believe I would have never received my sneakers if I did not reach out asking questions.
Edit: I was not frustrated from waiting Bodega. It was your lack of communication and care. Your service had a distinct disparity from my 2021 experience and my 2023 experience. I can wait four months if I’m updated and communicated to with respect. I placed an order and only received an order confirmation for WEEKS without update or shipping. How hard it is to send a mass email saying “orders are taking longer then expected, we value your patience”. Silence is the unfortunate common denominator of most of these negative reviews. The fact that you think this about waiting shows you need better customer service.

Worse site ever I order a pair of sun glasses just 1 pair of sunglasses and it’s been 12 days no shipment no update no nothing. I emailed bodega and whom ever they have responding is no help whatsoever he was hell bent on asking if I wanna cancel my order instead of trying to resolve the issue I’m never ordering from this site again it’s straight horse s*** I’m definitely going to figure a way out to report this business because it’s screwin ppl over I don’t even think they have any of the items for real. Purchased some general release Nikes and a shirt from this "company" on Feb 17. I have been in touch with this "company" every week since Feb 24 asking why my order hasn't shipped to which they gave a generic response that gave me zero confidence that they would fulfill my order. This is important because at this point, the sneakers I purchased from them have gone out of stock in the multiple sites I COULD have purchased from. For some reason, I thought I'd give this "company" a try. Never again. Filed a chargeback on March 10 because I decided that I will happily pay more money through resellers just so my money doesn't support this "business."
If you want these crooks to hold your money for weeks while the product goes out of stock everywhere else and just generally waste your time, consider this place.

it's been about 3 weeks since I placed my order, no shipping confirmation in sight. I messaged bodega support, and of course they gave me the generic answer for shipping times as everyone here is saying. Honestly, I was a fan of Bodega and their collaborations, but this is honestly unacceptable. I will most like avoid shopping here in the future.
Worst customer service ever. This store is a major mess. they have an amazing and curated selection of streetwear but unfortunately doing business with them it’s a nightmare.

I paid, waited over 12 regular days only for my order to be cancelled without authorization because I was frustrated at their lack of communication. this store is basically just ssense 2.0 and can't fulfill any orders due to mentally deficient employees

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I don't know who's running their shipping and fulfillment department, but they need to be let go. I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago for my girlfriend's birthday. Their websites FAQ says shipping takes 1-5 days, so I was expecting it within the week or maybe a little longer. After two weeks of not hearing anything I'm getting really frustrated. I contacted their customer service department, but it's clear they aren't capable of doing anything. They copy and pasted messages to me saying "fulfillment time is 1-10 days, and shipping is 1-5 days." They didn't answer any of my actual questions. It would have been lovely to be told "hey sorry about that, I just checked on your order and we're shipping it out today!" or anything that could give me accurate information on when it's shipping. It's clear their customer service isn't actually their to service anyone, just a useless email that doesn't know anything about your order, can't help your order, and only serves to act like their doing something. I have never spent so much money on something just to have this awful of service. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering buying something from their site.

Absolutely the worst customer service and shipping time frames. Ordered a $500 hoodie from human made to now being on week two with nothing more then just a “we are working to fulfill your order” how long does it take? Is the product not in house? I’ve already stated that if I don’t see a shipping update by Thursday the order either needs cancelled or I’ll be contacting my bank for a charge back. I definitely won’t be doing my business with them again after this, lesson learned. Also the customer service rep “Jordan” should be fired with his passive aggressive responses basically wanted me to cancel my order instead of shipping it because I asked the item either be shipped by Thursday or I’ll ask for a charge back because it would put it at the max day for “domestic” orders.
Edit: I quite literally purchased the very product elsewhere and it shipped within 24 hours with a tracking of two days. Don’t shop here you’ll be wasting your time.

Terrible company with even worse customer service. I placed an order on 2/12 and have not heard one thing regarding my order. I contacted support about this and told them I find it absurd they charge you for the item and 2 weeks later the item isn’t even shipped! It’s now showing sold out on their site (so I don’t even know if I’ll be receiving the item) and when I told support all of this they made some bs up about how shipping times are long right now EVEN THOUGH MY ITEM IS STILL PROCESSING! 0 stars if I could and would never shop here again.
2/27 update: Bodega cancelled my order now and haven’t even responded back to my support email. Again, don’t shop here unless you’re looking for a bad experience.
Passive agressive customer service. Definitely understand if you can't help. No need to be rude about it.

Just the worst customer service, don’t even bother emailing them, you may as well be speaking to a bot. Missed my flat number off of my address and they will not change it. “Orders are final and our system won’t let us change orders after they are processed” even though UPS have my parcel in a warehouse and have told me all they have to do is call or message to rectify it, they won’t even message them to update the address so it can be delivered. Just use another store, these lot are a joke. 81% poor rating on here and I am not shocked.

They’re delivering it to my access point after spending over an hour on the phone saying bodega will not comply with my request and UPS telling me they haven’t responded to their request with regard to not being able to deliver my package. I resolved myself by having it delivered to a shop that I have to take my ID to collect the package and travel to pick it up after spending nearly £30 on shipping. All because Bodega flat out refused, after three days of conversation, to contact UPS or respond to the email UPS sent them to add my flat/ apt number to my address. Too little, too late. You need to sort your customer service team out. Matter closed, will never order from you again, shame because some great brands trust you, they shouldn’t.

In an odd turn of events, I placed two orders separately and received them within Bodega’s fulfillment and shipping time frame. Both items purchased were quick strike (non-returnable/refundable) items that were at a discount. I can’t knock them. Customer service answered my emails within the hour. Spoke with Taylor and they were helpful in providing Bodega fulfillment and shipping timelines after reading these reviews. I ordered 2/5/23 and both items were fulfilled and delivered to me by 2/15/23. I’d order from them again but always know that YMMV based on these reviews. Thanks Bodega.

Sent the wrong item but said they couldn't provide an exchange, only a 20% refund.
Took it up with Paypal and even then Bodega tried to scam me out of a refund. Escaled the issue with Paypal and was quickly closed in my favour.
Absolute scumbags.

I wish I had checked out these reviews before I ordered from this website. I was led to this site based on an IG influencer’s recommendation, So of course I thought that it was a trustworthy company. I was so excited to get the shoes I ordered but when my shoes arrived this week, they were the wrong size, so I emailed the company to see if I could exchange them. They sent me a canned response that it’s an item that’s in high demand so it’s a final sale. I wasn’t asking for a return and a refund, all I was asking for was an exchange for a pair of shoes in the Size that I ordered that fit my feet. Not even 1 ounce of caring for the customer or trying to help a new customer out. I’ll never trust this company or order from them again....
