There was some confusion around my order, and so initially it was not a great experience. However, the owner of the company ended up providing a discount AND personally driving fish to my home for me. As a small business owner, I know that I am not always at my best, and sometimes things don't always go perfectly every time, but it's how we respond in these situations that separates the ones worth supporting from the ones worth forgetting. I look forward to my next seafood order arriving at my house soon!

Sealing the Uni is a great way to make me feel safe that product have not been tempered with. Also a nice touch to place the Uni in water

Bought some frozen salmon. FIsh is ok, but terrible purchasing experience. First the website wouldn't take my address. Had to have a live chat to get someone on the phone. He tried, still didn't work, so he sent me an invoice through email with a shipping charge of $25. Only found out after that your website said clearly shipping was $10 for Calgary. I told him about the charge, he insisted shipping is $25, I showed him the screenshot, never heard from him again. Don't really care about $15 bucks, I even tip'd the delivery guy. Just not a fan of how you guys doing business. Not gonna buy again.

I opted for local pickup at Fisherfolk in Toronto. Sabrina, the owner was amazing and called me that it was ready for pickup a day earlier than anticipated. Great little store and she was super friendly.

Looking forward to tasting my new wild caught spot prawns, octopus and scallops!

There was a small malfunction with my order upon delivery and bclivespotprawns quickly resolved the issue without delay.

Delivery came one week late. Fish was partly thawed!

Product (6 oz sablefish fillets) is excellent. Delivery times are an issue; I had a confirmed delivery for Sat Sep 6 between 9 am and noon; order was delivered after 5 pm - after I called your office about 3 pm.

Delivery is not within the time stated. Item is missing and re-delivery date is unknown.

We are fortunate to live in Canada and have access to BC fisheries. BC Live Spot Prawns does a terrific job of getting the best, freshest produce out to it's customers. A small operation, they do a great job on delivery, with only the slightest hick up of a changed date of delivery (blame the airlines for uncooperative rules). Our order arrived earlier than expected, and frozen solid!

Friendly and prompt responses, really fresh seafood

I hadn’t ordered from this company in about two years This was do to poor delivery standers. Deliveries would be late or product was half thawed. I decided to try them again and had to cancel a $390 order. They couldn’t deliver the order on the order date. I set up another delivery date two weeks later stayed home all day The order did not show up 🤷🏻‍♂️I’m done
